If I could give the food a negative, I would. I used to like Shoneys, but it's just not what it used to be. The food wasn't fresh and didn't have any flavor at all. Our waitress was GREAT though.

The food quality for the price was just terrible. All tasted the same. Seniors only get discount on Tuesday. When you pay with debit or credit you get a 3% up charge. I know this is beginning to be more common on cards but usually the food quality is much better. What's up with senior discount on Tuesday only. Well this has really done it for me and Shoney's and I will certainly share this experience with all me senior friends.

We will NOT go back! Went in right after they opened at 6 am. All of the food was COLD! Cold pancakes, biscuits &gravy, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, cinnamon stick(?) ALL cold! Tasted terrible cold! Coffee tasted like it was scraped off of yesterday pot bottoms, brewed with instant coffee.
