Absolutely fantastic. From the customer service. Greetings as soon as you walk into the door and quickly seated. Appointments can be set as well. I booked an appointment for 5:30pm for a full acrylic set. Manicure and Pedicure well done. Highly suggest the Deluxe SPA treatment. Shout out to Kenny (apologies if name is misspelt) he took his time doing an amazing work of art for my trip. They worked even after closing to ensure the quality of my nails are absolutely perfect. 10/10 Highly recommend. Well done darling.

Kent and Ansleigh did a FANTASTIC job on my GelX nails. I was a little skeptical as I have never gotten GelX but love the process so much more than the other options. I showed them an inspo pic and they made it come to life!

My recent experience (8/29/25) was awful. I will say that the owner apologized and refunded me the charge for the chrome polish, but I have never had such an expensive nail service or as AWFUL of one. I showed my nail tech the nail shape I wanted and a few similar ideas to choose from. We settled on a natural pink set with chrome. The service took 2 full hours and another 30-40 minutes to fix. The tech cut my cuticles in 5 different places, 2 of which are still visible several days later (9/2/25). He overfiled my nail beds, and I'll be growing out these rings of fire for the next several months (AFTER my nail beds stop hurting long enough to remove the acrylic). My finished set looked unprofessional, unacceptable, messy, built up acrylic mess under every nail and over my cuticles, and the top coat was not cured well causing there to be hardened air bubbles on the surface. Without being able to add pictures, my words alone can't do it justice how bad it was, especially for the $110 I paid. When the owner fixed my nails (reshaping my nails and removing the mis-cured top coat, but you can still see the white areas in the nail where the damage was done), I didn't bother to have the chrome reapplied so she reimbursed me the **$20** surcharge. That is an insane markup considering an entire pot of salon quality chrome can be bought for $20! Considering the damage to my nails, I should have been refunded in whole. I would NOT recommend this salon and I will not be back.
ETA: Finally able to add my pictures. It has been 3 weeks; I got my nails done yesterday with my usual manicurist. She confirmed that one of my nail beds was *still* damaged from the over-drilling. I'm still angry when I think of this experience and am appalled that the owner did not reimburse me in full. The pink chrome pictures are how I LEFT the salon. The non-chrome (pink acrylic) is what I left after the owner fixed to the best the situation allowed. She certainly couldn't UN-damage my nails or UN-cut me. The nail art pic is my latest manicure to show the difference in quality and this only cost $80.

I will never go back. They weren’t very friendly. The man that did my nails was so rough he cut me about 5 times. Didn’t even have them done a week and one popped off. Do not waste your money. Looks like my 8 year old niece did my nails.

I wasn't going to post anything but since I shared my experience on Facebook, others have convinced me to. The whole shop wasn't terrible. The young lady that did my daughter's nails was super sweet. She did a nice job. The man that did mine wasn't happy about it. Two of my fingers ended up bleeding. The nails were too thick. He didn't finish painting the ends. The acrylic didn't go down the sides all the way. I was just glad to leave. I never get my nails done and this is why. $55 for a horrible experience.
