Do not utilize this establishment. They are quick to accept your money, however when you end the storage contract it's impossible to get your refund. Have been trying for two months. Even contacted the Vidalia Chamber of Commerce about their tricks.1/13/2024 - Update, after multiple attempts we were able to resolve this issue and the establishment provided a full refund. Although it should NOT take this many steps to resolve they made up for their actions and provide me a written letter explaining the problems and future efforts which was beyond the expectations. I have changed my rating to a 3-Star for this organization.

Do not go here. You have to pay a $25 lock and key fee when you first get the storage that is refundable once you turn your keys in but she never refunded me the money. I have been calling for months and at first she was answering the phone and telling me to call back once she’s in the office now she’s not answering the phone at all. I don’t care if it’s only $25 it’s money that’s owed to me and times are hard. That’s basically stealing… No integrity. DO NOT GO HERE!

Customer service is great - she is super sweet! Units are a little dirty and dingy but it’s a storage facility not a house or hotel. Seems to be secure with cameras and lighting.
