Staff is nice, but they are very slow loading. 3.5 hours load time. I will not be loading here ever again

Loaded in 1 hr. Come by appointment only. Procedure: stop at sign and call to check in, back in dock or wait inside gate for dock assignment, pull out once loading complete, and check out with guard.
