Usually not a fan of this store. We all know Verizon sucks now days but that's not why. It's usually the attitudes of the employees here. 80% of the time you'll regret coming here. This time was one of the good times though. You have been warned.

Went to the Vidalia store because my phone froze up. Was charged $29.99 for the girl to force reset it. I asked was I supposed to know how to do that and she said most people HER age knew how. Since it was frozen up I couldn’t google how to fix it. Absolutely NO customer service at this location. We have 6 lines and pay over $400 a month snd I can’t get anyone to help me fix a phone that won’t work?!The last visit the employees were eating and drinking while I purchased my phone. An elderly couple came in and had to give them cash to get help using their phone. Will use the Statesboro store from now on.Highly recommend them.

The worse customer experience that I have ever experienced. Shana and Chris the manager turned there back on me while I was at the counter and refused to help me.

Today was the day I decided I will give my business to any other Verizon service station than this one. Three workers were helping one client, and after waiting for half an hour they were so rude when I asked if one can help me purchase a phone. I'll drive two hours somewhere else for better customer service because that was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Best wishes to them through it all.

There is always an extremely long wait no matter what time you get there or how many people are there. Rude staff who only want to talk to you if you want a new phone or add a line. The staff there do not and will not help you. They direct you to the customer service or tech coach and that’s it. I had issues trying to log into my phone and they wouldn’t even help me or look at my phone. They just gave me the phone number to customer service which I spent 2 hours on hold with. After going to the Verizon near Walmart, I will never go back to this Verizon again.
