They have always gone above and beyond with customer service. Excellent build quality on their ars. Mine has over 5k rounds with zero issues. They also have the cheapest transfer fee in town if you order a firearm online. *Edited for grammar.

I checked Walmart for cr123 batteries for my Streamlight flashlight and they were not available. Fortunately VPS/Kavod had them. They even had a charging handle extended latch that my son had been looking for. Surprisingly well stocked for such a small store. HONOR!!!!
