The staff took very good care, sending updates and pictures, and were so nice. Dr. Sheppard is thorough, kind, and knowledgeable, truly the voice for your pet. All four animals are regularly treated for any issues and/or routine vaccines and exams, with a great experience. It’s a good place, though a little disappointed that they can’t give prices for procedures that other places can tell you right away. The clinic's caring atmosphere and commitment to exceptional care make it a top choice for pet owners seeking reliable and trustworthy veterinary services.

My American Bulldog was treated for upset stomach.... he litey acted like he was dying. He got a really small spoonful of manwich and biut gave me a heart attack. But thanka to the staff they gor my boy back to normal.

Took special care of our furbaby when he got adventurous and decided to go wonder about. He got hit and got some road rash. Doc fixed us up and assured us he would be okay.

They do amazing work, and I wouldnt trust anyone else in vidalia/Lyons to take care of my two cats.
