“I was traveling back from vacation when my new to me 2016 F150 decided to malfunction and shut down. When I was able to get it to drive a short distance I made it to the O’Reilly Auto Parts store located at 1010 East 16th Street in Cordele,GA. I requested for my truck to be hooked up to see what the deal was and I am pretty sure the guy’s name was Brandon came straight out and attempted to assist me. When we realized what the code was and googled the issue we decided not to go any further. After calling my roadside service from both my insurance company and warranty company and getting nowhere, Brandon remained very friendly and helpful and sold me a battery just in case I had more issues with the PCM on my way home (5 hours away) so I wanted to take the time to acknowledge his dedication for taking care of a customer who was just simply a customer in a bad situation with a not so good attitude at the time. I really appreciate his dedication to serving and trying to assist my family and I in this difficult situation.”
