I have banked with this particular bank for 30+ years - Carrollton Federal, BB&T, now Truist. People are supper helpful and always nice. Still operates and feels like a small hometown bank. I love it!

Online experience is not good every time I go in to check my account it just starts flipping into everything the statements checking everything in the account instead of staying where I want it to stay needs to be checked out
