“I broke down in September of 2023 on my way thru for some out of town work. My ac compressor locked up , shredded my belt and left me broken down about a mile from Bell's diesel shop. I called their shop and they explaining my situation and they immediately rescheduled other work and made room for me and got me in and out in about 2 hours. Every person I spoke with and that worked on getting me back on the road ,was polite, professional and had great communication. Was definitely a great experience. Thank you all...fast forward 2 years, I had to call them for a warranty check because my air had stopped working. They called my local auto parts dealer, sent the appropriate paper work thru email, and again, set me right up for another great Experience. If I ever break down again in Alabama, hopefully it'll be really close to this maintenance auto shop because I'll know what service I'll receive. Thank you all again.

“Raining like crazy and needed new wiper blades. Came in and was greeted immediately. I went over to the wiper blade aisle and the young man behind the counter came out and recommended, despite what the chart said, it was always better to measure the old blades to ensure fit. He offered to go outside in the heavy rain, pull the old blades off, measure them and then install the new ones, saying "That's what we're here for!" I could have done it - but it would have taken me longer and he had a jacket and I didn't. So I let him. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Bowdon may be getting an Autozone but we sure don't need one... not with ASC around. Thanks for keeping me dry today!”
“My car started swerving all over the road so i took it to pugmire ford for 3 days and they wanted to charge me 500$ and still not fix it So i took it here and they found the problem with in a couple hours and gave me a very affordable price i highly recommended going here!!!!”

“Came here for the first time, Jerry who is awesome and very welcoming/nice in person and on the phone. The staff who takes care of the cars do an awesome job as well. They even took the initiative to call me about my anti theft locks on my tires about the key missing and were very upfront and nice. “Westmoreland's had done some work on my son's truck, did a good job & did it for a reasonable price!! Our truck was sputtering, going dead & wouldn't go but 30 mph. Randy made sure that we knew exactly what was wrong with it, what it would take to fix it & what it would cost before they did anything. I really appreciated that bc a lot of places will give an estimate but then it ends up being more. It needed plugs, boots, an air filter but still wouldn't go over 30mph. It ended up needing a catalytic converter, which for our truck was expensive. But Randy didn't just buy one...he checked several places to find the least expensive. I had put money from our tax refund that was on an emerald card account from H & R Block in an e-acct for the repairs but when I tried to transfer it back to the card I was having trouble. Randy let us get the truck anyway since it was Fri. afternoon & let us take him the money on Mon. The truck runs great now!!To sum it up.... Westmoreland's is upfront, honest and they do great work for reasonable prices and really care about the customer!!”
“Great people & great work at Bremen Body Shop! Our automatic sliding door (Honda Odyssey van) recently stopped working. In trying to close it manually, my wife & son damaged the track. I brought it in, and Mr. Bacon & another gentleman were able to straighten the track (as well as an inside roller that had gotten bent) & had it working like new in less than 45 minutes. Most places around here won't even touch automatic sliding van doors; they just refer you to the overpriced dealer. But Bremen Body Shop had it working like new in less than an hour! And the folks there are always so friendly. I always recommend them to anyone needing autobody work done.”
