We have absolutely no complaints. The customer service was amazing, a friendly, knowledgeable, efficient staff and our truck was done a week ahead of schedule. Our truck looks brand new again. Highly recommend Caliber Collision!

I donât know anyone who is or has ever been over-joyed to be in the position of having something go wrong with their car that requires a stay in a body/repair shop; it makes for a bad day and (usually) grumpy people. Said grumpy people can then take that frustration out on the very folks who are going to get their car back to them. While we tend to expect employees who have an initial and continued contact with the public to be cheerful and welcoming all the time, if we took a step back and put ourselves in their shoes, we might see that part of being human is also being affected by othersâ negativity. Thus, on a recent hot afternoon when I arrived for my estimate at the Carl Vinson location and walked into the store to be greeted by a smiling face, upbeat demeanor, and genuine positivity of the lady at the desk (I ask her here to please forgive me, I was immediately drawn in by your good vibes and I donât know that I ever got your name, I will remember your effervescent personality, and the joy I found in hearing someone with an accent that indicated a Spanish language speaker - so familiar to me from my own youth in Southern California - a sound my own ears had nearly forgotten the joy of hearing). She immediately made me feel welcome, that I was in good hands and that even though not a person from Caliber had seen my car yet, that I was in good hands. I never thought to ask for her name (and if she told me, I admit it has slipped my memory), our conversation was natural enough that, I felt like Iâd known her for years and we were just catching up. She did contact my rep (Jennifer Ennis) and made sure I had Jenniferâs card. Jennifer also made the moment positive, creating a space that spoke to my own approach to my job that says, âweâve got it, weâll take care of it, and thereâs no need to worryâ. For someone like me, thatâs priceless. Jennifer also helped me with the rental car agency and due to a misstep on my part, we had to set the estimate for the following day. When I showed up the next day, it was the same (note this Caliber - youâve got two treasures in these women!).
The following week, Jennifer let me know when the parts were due to be delivered and that work would start on my car that same day. I figured it would be the beginning of the week following that the car would be ready, and I received a call the next Tuesday. I didnât need a call each day, just on the pertinent ones, and here again Jennifer did an outstanding job knowing âthe customerâ.
When I went to pick the car up, I was greeted again by these same two wonderful women - again VERY positive experience!
My car is as good as new and looks like nothing ever happened. The folks in the shop turning all the wrenches, mixing and spraying the paint, and making sure everything is in the right place, matches, and is calibrated and adjusted correctly do an amazing job! I could not have been happier with my experience at the Caliber on Carl Vinson.

The customer service provided by Jennifer and Amber was awesome! They were so professional, courteous and sympathetic and I am very grateful and appreciative for their service. I am especially thankful for Jennifer who went above and beyond to assist me with a difficult claims adjuster and finally get my car fixed 2 months after the date of loss. I'm not rating a 5 because there were a few hiccups with the mechanics, but overall...I am very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.
