“It wasn't the worse, but it wasn't the best! The wait time for a representative to help was about 15 mins in the electronics department. Other employees were managing their areas, and I'm guessing they aren't allowed to come and help other departments?! Otherwise, once I received the help I needed, the associate was awesome and knowledgeable of the equipment I needed!”

“If anyone in Middle GA needs any kind of appliances, this is definitely the place to go. After, having a horrific experience from Lowe's, Home Depot&Best Buy, my husband and I came here twice after shopping around. We were without a refrigerator and the gentleman there on Thursday evening, October 24, was a true blessing to us. He made sure our new refrigerator was delivered swiftly and in perfect condition. The gentlemen that delivered the refrigerator, were extremely courteous and professional. The refrigerator was delivered undamaged and the gentlemen put everything together for us. We're extremely satisfied and sincerely thank them for assisting us out of a horrible situation that we were left in by Lowe's.”
