My son was in a difficult situation with a tooth infection and swelling. We were able to get a same-day appointment and same-day treatment which required a tooth extraction. We are grateful for the right decision, caring accomodation, and skillful carry out of this procedure.

This place is a flat-out scam! I believe they just had a 3.5 million dollar class action lawsuit in Boston for cheating people through bait-and-switch ad campaigns. So please do your research first before spending your hard-earned money here!My mom came here a couple of months ago (Feb. 2024) as a new patient to get a broken tooth repaired. They spent an hour doing x-rays and kept her there almost two hours after closing on a Sat.They office is nice and so was the staff. She saw a hygienist and dentist whom seemed very professional and helpful.However, after talking to the office finance person, they informed her that her tooth could not be fixed without doing a deep cleaning first ($2,100) because she had gingivitis-which is not true.They recommended a bridge instead of a just fixing her tooth, which also costed more. Their new patient special stated that x-rays were free for new patients, but they still charged her for them without her knowledge. We found out later on from my mom's insurance provider, unbeknownst to us.The total bill they quoted my mom with their treatment plan was $4,000. Since she didn't plan on spending that kind of money for a broken tooth, we decided to get a second opinion.When I called Aspen Dental for a copy of my mom's x-rays, they were very short with me and said they could not release my mom's x-rays to me even though she gave me permission over the phone. They said she had to come inside and sign a release form. I thought that strange since they are her x-rays. I have never been asked to do this by any dentist office unless I was allowing another person to get my records for me, in my absence.After we got back to the Aspen Dental office no one asked why we needed x-rays or if everything was satisfactory or anything! They handed us the worst photocopied x-rays I have ever seen in my life...it was so ridiculous, all I could do was laugh to keep from loosing it.After addressing the same dental concerns at another dentist office, they were able to fix the tooth without any issue. Of course, they could not read the terrible photocopy of Apsen Dental's xrays so they took their. They took minimal x-rays of the area in questionUnfortunately, my mom had to pay for (again), but it was worth it this time.They worked with her patiently to find an affordable treatment plan for her emergency tooth repair and for any other routine dental work that needed to be done later on.It seems this place preys on the old, disabled, veterans, and misled. Please educate yourself as much as possible when seeking out any type of healthcare. Crooks are everywhere and don't always look like villians.I'm sorry Aspen Dental cannot offer this kind of professional, yet caring customer service to it's clients, but my mom deserves better and so do you.

Aspen Dental exceeded my expectations! I had a tooth break off, they got me in the following morning (as a new patient) and took great care of me and my problem. The staff were all very professional, caring and so kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you sooo much, awesome job!!

I had an abscess and was taken care of as a walk in quickly. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. From the central scheduler who did what she could to help me find a place to get in to, to the receptionists, hygienists, and dentist! I don’t understand some of negative reviews because this place was great. When and if I do need anymore work done, I’m pretty sure this will be the place I go to.

This was my first visit and every staff member was efficient and nice. The customer service was great. They explained everything to me in detail. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental services.

The staff is very professional and caring. Everything that's being done in a procedure or X-ray is explained. The business lady that works to help you get extra financial aid was very thorough. Wow, exam by Dentist today and having teeth extraction tomorrow with my new dentures. Excited just to go back tomorrow. Awesome awesome staff from front desk to hygienist was very proficient

DONT EVER COME HERE… I am giving one star because I have to give a star to give a review.. these guys are absolute crooks. I came in here with a broken tooth that was very painful. They did an exam and told me I have to pay for a deep clean I thought no biggie right. well when I went to schedule the deep clean so that they would fix my front tooth. They wanted $7300 for a deep clean and to fix my front tooth. Y’all I have very good dental insurance.. this is Absolutely insane I went and got a second opinion today and dental care of Bonaire is fixing my Tooth without making me get a deep cleaning and I will only be paying $500… Tell me how Aspen dental I was going to be paying $7000 for my tooth to be fixed…. The cleaning they wanted to do was &4000. then they were charging me $2000 for a root canal and a crown. And that was with insurance. Not only that is every single time I called the price went up every time I talked to somebody different when I left Aspen I was told $1400for everything when I called to make the appointment it had gone up to 3700 so I said let me think about it I’ll call you guys back and then I went to make the appointment thinking OK and needs to be fixed and when I went to schedule they wanted $7000..Crooks crooks crooks. I’m telling you.

Walk in experience was a wait, but the attention in the back was expedited with kindness and professional courtesy. I got numbed, referred to the best option endodontist with called in to the pharmacy anti inflammation and antibiotics before I was discharged with F/U instruction after the procedure. Be advised Dental appointments all over are a month maybe 6 week's minimum at this time of review.
