Keshaun was very very kind, respectful, and very helpful. Keshaun actually approaches me as soon as I walked inside the door & ask if I needed help & I explained to him what my problem w/ my other cellphone service & he explained what at&t company offer & he seems very knowledgeable with his job. Keshaun did a great job & he actually offered me a good deal. Kudos to him. I would recommend him to my family friends.

Went in last weekend. Service was excellent!!!!! Keshaun did a great job!!!!! Will definitely return to this location and ask for him. Awesome service, very helpful and professional.

AT&T on Watson Blvd., in Warner Robins, Ga was the worst experience I have had to date and I have been with years I advise others to go to Verizon. They senior people are lazy, and refuse to help customers, they refuse to give junior associates any guidance which caused me to spend almost 2 hours there and still walked out without services

Ana was the AT$T employee who helped me trade my phone in for an upgrade. She waited on me immediately when I walked in. She explained everything where I understood it. The total time for me to upgrade was less than 30 minutes. That included her transferring my info to my new phone and putting on the accessories I purchased. I could not have had a better experience.

If I could give a zero star I would. The staff is rude, I made THREE trips to this location the same day to try and get this resolved, the last guy we dealt with was really nice and understanding, but they screwed my account up. I placed an online order for in store pick up for the new iPhone as an authorized user. I go to pick up and they tell me I’m not an authorized user, even though I am and I had my account pulled up on the app. They locked out my account for suspected fraud even though myself and my fiance are the authorized users. We ended up having to call ATT customer support now we have to wait a month for a resolution to our case. Do yourself a favor and deal with phone support or online orders. These stores are useless and the rep on the phone basically said the store screwed our account up.

This store is terrible there is no options or choices.i want a large screen phone.there is no option at all in the store with a screen bigger than 6.8 in. except 1 foldable samsung.and I refuse to buy anything made by Samsung after being ripped off after spending 2400$ on a fridge. That lasted 1yr and 1 week.1 week after warranty expired .and every phone or tablet I bought from Samsung was overpriced and malfunctioned,or loaded with bloatware.and I refuse to have another overpriced apple that monitors my private pics and that I can never turn off from listening..where are all the phone choices.?no google pixels or folds.no xaomi,no tecmo pova,cubot king 5,real me,one plus,nubia,vivo,roc,,and no Huawei(the best phone maker on the planet that makes many options that blow apple and Samsung away for 40 percent cheaper price.apple and Samsung paid off the u.s. govt to ban the import of the in retail stores.if they didn't they would have to sell apples for normal reasonable prices.and still would have an inferior product.)
I know this because I had a Huawei mate 20x 7.2 in.
You can import and buy from Amazon any huawei.just can import retail.gredatest phone ever.had for 5yrs.and still sending 2 updates a yr..I bought newest I phone last yr. To get a new phone.its battery lasts 1/5 of the Huawei,the screen was compared about equal in clarity,but much smaller,and the screen was much stronger gorilla glass than the apple.the cameras were close to equal with Huawei having the largest light sensor in the world was slightly better.operating system much better on huawei.fasyer.fingerprint un lock faster.facial rec is equal.wifi signal stronger and blue tooth stronger.iphone won't have a signal in the box office ,while huawei is strong.same carrier.huaeei has infrared remote blaster,apple does not.and a big one is that Huawei has a aux jack allowing me to use wireless earbuds like the apples or have a choice not to.which is always the best choice to have aux jack.i don't want to have to keep up with a splitter when I need to use phone while charging.i don't want to keep up with a splitter jack when I want to or need to use standard headphones because the apple ear buds are dead batt .or because one gets lost.so i gave the new apple to my kid.and continued to use the Huawei that was 4.5yrs older than iPhone because how much greater it outperforms the apple.i can go camping all weekend and Huawei bat is still hot 30percent left.iphone went dead on first day.i don't even need a car charger.my so. Had to carry chargers with him everywhere we go.and house mine more,and it has a much larger screen!and the fast charger charges it full on 1/5th the time of the iPhone.
Americans just accept all this paying off politicians and politicians making laws to line their pockets with$.many of these lawmakers own millions of do dollars worth of apple stocks.that law was made to ensure that ape shares not only do t plummet but go up as result of making import ban.americans wake up a rise up and put your foot down to this type of business practices .like at and t store having none of the better ,cheaper,better performing phones that are made across the world.used across the globe.proven company's you never hear of .even though they sell more than any manufacturer.tbe public in the u.s. is being brainwaShed and manipulated by the media in all facets of life .especially politically.and business wise.any thing to do with $ or power which they turn into $.by manipulation of your minds through absolute control of all media and internet servers.wake up America..there is another world outside of u.s. that we never ate allowed to even get info about.its squashed by and replaced with alternative options they want you to believe or buy.

Both AT&T "One Team" representatives Mr. Reed and Ms. Katrina, overall rating is 5++++++. Their perseverance, knowledge and determination in tackling the challenges of getting my cell phone service changed over from Verizon to AT&T was admirable. Their relentless pursuit of excellence sets them both apart and we recognized them both for their outstanding customer service skills. Their dedication and work ethic are unmatched and was truly appreciated by us.
