During my most recent visit to the AT&t store at 4016 Watson Blvd Warner Robins, Georgia. I was greeted by Mr. Antonio Reed and I explained an issue that I wasn't able to resolve online. Mr. Reed immediately assured me that he would be able to resolve the issue, and walked me through the process step by step. Mr. Reed is definitely a valuable asset to the AT&T Team, and displayed an extremely high level of proficiency, professionalism, and courtesy that's second to none. I've been an AT&T customer for many years, and due to total professionals like Mr. Reed, I will always continue to be!!!

I went into this store to upgrade my phone. A family member works for AT&T and she checked the inventory to make sure the phone was there . She called and spoke to a Girl at the store. She was gonna put the phone aside for me . My family member told her that I was gonna be right in to pick it up . When I got there the “So called Manager “said that they didn’t have the phone . I called my family member right away while having her on the phone. The mgr said that they received their inventory in the system before they actually receive it. Which my family member does inventory at her store, and that’s not how it’s done! My theory is that they are saving the iPhone 15’s for new line of service !!

I went into their Warner Robins corporate store. I have a new iPhone and my screen protected had damage to it. The technician stated I had to bring the damaged screen protector in, so I left. I found the damaged screen protector in the trash at work. I came back the next day. I gave another technician the damaged screen protector and he said they just throw them away. I paid $8 for a replacement screen protector (I pay for a replacement plan) and left. This took two trips to the office and waiting in line.

We didn’t have to wait at all to talk with a representative. She handled our issue while correcting the problems. She was very courteous.

Att agent was very condescending.Very dissatisfied with service. What most young people don’t take into consideration is that we were not raised with cell phones and do not “live” on our cell phones as they do. Therefore we are not cellphone savvy. This young lady does not need to be a customer service rep as she had no patients at all.Worst experience ever at ATT ever!!! One day they will be old …. God help them!

Switching from Verizon to AT&T today and customer service is great and saved so much money by switching. Better prices and got a whole lot more for my money. I have purchased 4 new phones plus insurance and paying what I was at Verizon for only one phone and no insurance. Really recommend.

My husband and I decided to leave Total by Verizon and go on a family plan with my daughter to AT&T. To date this was our biggest mistake, we have had nothing but esim problems from the beginning. We have had the iPhone 14 Pro for less than 2 months. On Saturday 7/29 for no reason at all my husband's phone drops all cell service. Let me repeat that, CELL SERVICE. The phone works at home on Wi-Fi but outside of this there is no service on this phone. We go to AT&T on Sunday, and they run the tests and determine that its nothing they have seen before. Even on their Wi-Fi it would not allow the esim delete & transfer that this phone apparently needs. We are directed to Apple Support. We go home & spend an hour on the phone with Apple only to get set up an appoint to go to Best Buy to the Geek Squad. We are then told they will need to send this phone off for 2 weeks for repair. I ask what the intentions are for a replacement, and they will not offer any help. My husband was in the hospital 2 weeks ago for a heart related condition & I expressed this multiple times to both Apple & Best Buy. No help. I went back to AT&T (to beg for help) as in my mind Apple has sold this inventory to AT&T, my contract to purchase this equipment is with AT&T so I honestly don't understand why I must take the burden of this when AT&T sold us faulty equipment. I would not suggest doing any business with them unless you want 0 customer service. Mainly because I asked for the manager of this location to be told she was gone for the day. I asked that they call said manager & upon calling was then told she was in the back. I ask to speak to her but was told she was doing "inventory" and was not willing to speak with me. So, Rashida Jackson, you ma'am should be ashamed. You can also guarantee that I will be leaving AT&T just as quickly as I possibly can.

The presentative was proactive. She really communicated and connected with us. She was resolved the issues that we experienced and options was offered to help us lower our bill. She did an excellent job and she agreed to follow up with us. Great job!
