“Talked with Cory Martin who answered many questions of mine today. He has helped me save on my auto insurance in the past and given me plenty of explanations to my question(s)/concern(s).
-As someone may have mentioned below, when I call the office I reach an agent that appears to be not local/1-800 agent; and the last time I tried I had a hard time getting someone from the local office. There may be a good reason for this but it is nice when you can reach someone in office. However, when I drove there in person today was able to talk with Cory quickly without an appointment and my experience was great.”
