I needed an alternator for my car. Jarrell Ellis was a such a great help to me. He assisted with the alternator and helped with the add ons. Also asked about a discount I was eligible for. Great customer service.

I needed a new battery and the battery pads. I have a VW and they got instructions to be able to save the computer settings and changed out the battery for me. Jarrell Ellis and Moe did a great job!

Excellent, excellent customer service!! They were able to help me with the right type of windshield wipers and easily got them installed for me! This is a store to come back to, friendly staff and wonderful customer service!! I didn't get the staff's name, but she was extremely helpful!

Very Unprofessional and tore up my brand new 2022 vehicle. Went in for a battery install and they messed up my electrical and still couldn’t replace the battery. Cost over 2k in damages all for a $120 battery install. No lights on before going and now my dashboard is lit up like a Christmas Tree
