Came in 3/15 had windshield wiper put on my car the person who put them on put on the wrong size. The long wiper was getting stuck on the side. He also was to email my receipt which I never got. Went back to day 3/18 explain my problem to Divia, The right size windshield wipers was put on and my email address was added to my account. Best customer service ever. Thanks Divia. Because of you I will continue to shop at this Autozone.

Ordered a fuel pump payed extra for expedited shipping supposed to be there by 10:30 stopped in at noon no parts I did not get my part till 5:30 pm they didn't even have the decency to call me had to walk in and check myself. Then their policy is no refund on shipping fee a blatant rip off. Don't pay for fast shipping they know it will not get there on time but will charge you anyway theives.

Best customer service ever!
They were fantastic helping with my light bulbs! Did you know they do check engine light checks?
They really made my day. I came in today- Wednesday at 12:30pm.
Came back January 17, 2025. 4pm
Definitely not the same service as previous. Lack of workers. One lady was very rude, one was very helpful. Customer was last priority this time. Brittany was very helpful. Took very long to check out for 1 item.

I am extremely frustrated and annoyed and pissed off with this company! I was a loyal customer for so many years and now they have lost a very loyal customer because when I went to purchase a brand new wheel bearing and hub for my vehicle and got it put on, it turns out they sold me a very bad part because I brought it to the shop in the shop told me that it is shot, it is absolutely no good! ?? I trusted AutoZone and they betrayed my trust by selling me a bad part. WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU SELL SOMEBODY A BAD PART FOR THE VEHICLE? That is very poor customer service and I will never go to another AutoZone again because that is extremely unacceptable I don't recommend going to AutoZone for any major parts for a vehicle!!!

Jamie was able to replace the 921LL backup light on my HHR. I had been unable to to turn the bulb socket to remove the dead bulb due to a frozen knuckle on my right hand.
