I had the pleasure of being helped by Brandon at AutoZone, and I cannot speak highly enough of his service. I came in with an issue involving my radiator, and Brandon went above and beyond to assist me. He took the time to troubleshoot the problem thoroughly and recommended a sealant to address a leak. On top of that, he pulled the trouble codes for my vehicle, providing valuable insight into what might be going on.
Brandon’s knowledge was truly impressive—it’s clear he has extensive experience, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a mechanic or has a background in automotive repair. Beyond his expertise, Brandon was personable and easy to talk to, which made the experience all the more pleasant. His great customer service is something you don’t come across every day.

I went to buy 3 different bulbs that were out in my ‘07 Tundra. I was just expecting to buy the bulbs and replace them myself. Opie offered to do it for me which I accepted.. In the process found another minor issue which he took care of. Overall great experience, it’s why I always go to that store for my auto needs.

Lexi is the best!
So my car decided to die today. I really thought it might be the starter (from the terrible noise it was making) till my neighbor came and jumped the car off for me (thanks) so I went to autozone and Lexi was the person I spoke to. As soon as I asked her if she could test my battery (was it all the way bad or do I just not drive enough?) this woman didn’t look around for an available male counterpart, or someone else to shove this off on, lady grabbed the testing stuff and said “absolutely” she tested it and low and behold the battery is bad. Not a huge surprise my previous battery only had a 3 year warranty and had been purchased Feb 2021. She showed me the same battery hubby had found online so I was already prepared to pay that and I said perfect. Then she also grabbed the tools and all to go install my battery in the heat! Thanks so much Lexi. I really appreciate you!
FYI those battery prices are crazy though but that is everywhere.
