What more could a customer expect when spending money?I compared price and brand and was quite satisfied.I called to see if parts I needed were available, and the phone was answered in two rings. My questions were available and prices quoted.I drove to get parts... and parts were there.I wish Caliber Collision and repair was one-tenth efficient and pleasant. Caliber Collision was EXCRUCIATING AND PAINFULLY HORRIBLE. Sort like a slow death.I will come here again because of the wonderful service received. I was very pleased with my visit to this Auto Zone.

From the moment I walked into the first store without my husband, I could sense the condescension and skepticism in the air. It's unfortunate that in this day and age, the car and auto parts industry still harbors a misogynistic undercurrent. But, determined to prove them wrong, my sister and I, Ebony and Ivory, ? confidently approached the counter, knowing exactly what we needed: a battery.The salesperson at the first store proceeded to ask me a few questions, only to abruptly inform me that it was actually the alternator that needed replacing. Now, here's the thing—I already knew that. However, I had been specifically instructed by my father-in-law and brother-in-law to go and get the battery first. Yet, instead of simply providing me with the battery I came for, I was met with discouragement and a laundry list of reasons why my Yukon wouldn't even make it a few miles up the street, let alone the hour-long drive to Eastman.Leaving that store, I couldn't help but feel defeated and concerned about the reliability of my vehicle. I was left without the battery I needed and armed only with the names of two onsite mechanics whom I could call for assistance. It was as if buying a battery as an independent woman was perceived as a waste of time, despite the fact that I had the backing of knowledgeable family members.Determined not to let this setback dampen my spirits, I decided to give another store a chance. At their competitor's location, I found myself greeted with a refreshing change in attitude. The staff treated me with respect and professionalism, acknowledging that I knew what I needed. Without any issues or unnecessary questioning, I purchased the battery I required.Once I installed the battery in my truck, I felt a sense of relief and satisfaction. It started up without a hitch, reaffirming my belief that my initial experience at the first location was nothing short of dismissive and disrespectful. It's unfortunate that I had to go through the trouble of seeking out another store to receive the service I deserved from the beginning.In the end, I want to commend the competitor's store for their customer-centric approach and for treating me, a woman who is knowledgeable about cars, with the respect I deserve. As for the first location, they have a long way to go in terms of eliminating the misogynistic attitudes that plague the industry. It's my hope that they realize the importance of providing equal and respectful service to all customers, regardless of gender, in the future.I'll never return here. No point in alerting corporate either. They already know. They don't care.

I just went there today and as I walked in was asked what I was looking for. Told him and he just "pointed" in the direction and I was on my way. After a few minutes he had to walk to the back with something and stopped by me asking if I could find it and I told him I don't see it and he "pointed" again saying that should be it. I am a short woman and him standing beside me pointing was clear that I could not reach the item at all. He simply walked away. SO DID INeedless to say I took my money somewhere else where I received some very nice service with plenty help.Not sure where this place gets the nice reviews but not from me. I know where to go from now on.

Customer service is horrible the cashier called over just for me to sit there and watch her play with her shoe. Why call me over if your not even ready to assist me. She didn't speak to me or say anything. She look mean I mean this is Customer service. She shouldn't be in front of no one!

I had to stop by the store today due to my battery light coming on in town. They quickly told me the problem… the alternator. Since I live too far away to drive home, I asked them if they could get someone to help me. A mechanic came, I bought the parts, and he fixed my car for me. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable . I hate that I had car trouble, but was blessed to have ended up at this store. Thanks so much!

Soon as walked into the Store I was Greeted with a How Do you Do and What or May I Help You With Today? Very Cheerful and Happy ...Amazing as they were just getting Busy Busy.Two Customer Reps. Were Outstanding in Attending to my Needs. I would Recommend this AutoZone to Anyone. Both Customer Reps Did Their Best, Were Very Knowledgeable in Attending to My Request and Knew Exactly What They Were Doing. Plus They Both were Glad to Help Me, a Lady that was Ahead of Me and One That walked in behind me. Very Accurate and Acute in Attending to Their Needs From What I Could Tell. They were Very Respectful and Made Sure Each One of Us Were Taken Care of in Every Way of Our Needs. This wasn't my First Time Either over the last Several Years. Different Employees Have Always Been Outstanding, Helpful Above and Beyond In Every Way They Possibly Could. You Will Be Taken Care of At This AutoZone and I Would Recommend It To Anyone. God Bless Each One of the Customer Reps Working This AutoZone. Neisha and Brandon were beyond helpful. I am a college student with limited car knowledge and they helped me greatly from the moment I walked in until I left. They were a great help and provided some of the best customer service I have experienced.
