I was the first customer at the O'Reilly Auto Parts on Watson Blvd in Warner Robins this morning. I was instantly greeted and served by Jim, who delivered truly exceptional customer care.
I needed a right low beam bulb for my Mercedes. After purchasing the part, Jim demonstrated outstanding initiative. He asked if I had someone to install it, noting my urgency after a recent traffic stop. When I informed him I did not, Jim immediately stepped in and professionally installed the new headlamp bulb for me.
This level of proactive, courteous, and professional assistance is rare. Jim saved me time, stress, and ensured my vehicle was safe and compliant right away.
