I love Bedford Parke Apartments. I have lived here since last August. The apartments are well made. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Both the gym and pool are kept in pristine condition. The few times I have called for maintenance, my request was handled quickly, professionally and resolved with the first call.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Rent keeps going up and have leaks and don’t fix them. We were getting sick n my health was more important and couldn’t afford it told them back in Sept I was moving n left before lease was up n I’m glad I did so much happier where I’m at! I don’t recommend this complex to anyone!

I enjoyed my stay living here. From the front office staff to maintenance & the amenities, it was overall a pleasant experience. I hope they are able to do some renovations in the kitchens, but I highly recommend living here!

my fiancé & I Had the BEST experience with the tour and welcome staff! we enjoyed brittany and her partner! very excited to be there and loved how welcoming & attentive brittany was throughout everything. very nice place! service and cleanliness definitely a 10/10 !! :)

Although Kimberly had a pleasant attitude. My wife and I felt like we treated with cheap sales tactics. We traveled from another state to come and visit apartment complexes. We were running late driving from the airport due to traffic issues on I75. My wife called and Kimberly told her that she had another tour scheduled at 2pm and to let her call her back to make sure they were still coming. She calls back and tell us we can still come for the tour. When we arrived, we were given a map and instructions to go look at a model unit. We weren’t offered to view the pool area at all. We were then told we had 48 hours to apply or the rates would change because they change daily! Needless to say we weren’t impressed! Also potential tenants this management company charges a $199 non-refundable administrative fee. When we went onto the 3rd party’s website that handles the rental verification for another property we applied to, low and behold we saw that they do the rental verification for this property also. The property that we applied to only charged us $65 pp application fee and the administrative fee will be charged if we are accepted. So if you don’t want to be prayed upon by these knock off used car salesmen tactics skip this place.

My name is Anne Plaggenborg and I've lived in Bedford Parke Apartments for over 5 years. This is one of the best communities in the Houston County area. Excellent area, excellent management, well maintained and well priced. We plan to stay here as long as possible.

When I went to renew my lease the process was so easy and fast!!! Took all of 15 mins for them to get me in and out!! :)

Bedford Parke apartments is a lovely place to live at. The atmosphere is quiet and the rooms are very clean. Kimberly was especially helpful with the move in process. I plan on staying here hopefully for a long time.
