They were helpful polite and helped fix my computerissues. Just wish you didn't have to make appointments. Just need our computer seems like daily. Overall we do enjoy dealing with Best BUY. Highly recommended. Geek squad is very helpful.

The process to get help in the store has changed since my last visit but once I got help they were awesome. Always my go-to for computer hello and support!
