Long wait time after entering the store. They have wonderful greeting skills, and now all they need is someone to wait on the customer in less than 30 min upon entering.

This is a good Best Buy. The employees actually know something about what they're selling and are very helpful.Update: dropped a star because I received no customer service on my latest visit.

Apparently I gave good rating too soon. I returned an online purchase to the Warner Robins store. It seemed to go smoothly BUT it actually didn't since they only refunded half of my money. It also has the appearance as if Best Buy is intentionally scamming people, at least I feel like I've been scamned plus the Warner Robins store doesn't y see

Best Buy: cell phones and toaster ovens. PC and vacuum cleaners. Cameras and coffee makers, Home theaters and home security, car stereos and air fryers, microwaves and rc cars. They carry a multitude of things ... Displayed in a confusing configuration that makes the customer go home and try to figure out what they were looking at, what they wanted to look at, and what else is available at Amazon. The functionality of the large open middle floor plan screams one-on-one salesperson customer, but they simply do not have the manpower. So for the most part people walk around confused until they leave.Still four stars for selection and having it in stock.

Omg, went to b purchase laptop. Not in Macon store. They sent us to Warner Robin's to pick up. Got there, not in stocks. A mess and apologies. They did a small discount and sent them to house.

Better experience with Jason in electronics. Jason was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. The security guard at the door was great also!Great customer service and very knowledgeable!!

I went in for an online order pick-up. The front guy asked, I obviously told him, pointed me to the pick-up area, and summoned the guy assigned to that station. Ol boy got there pretty fast and I was out of there in 10 minutes. A++++ service, will do business with them again.

I love best buy but seriously buying something and checking out in store is awful.......why it takes so long to check people out is crazy we stood in line 30 minutes on a Thursday night waiting to check out. No wonder everyone orders online and has it shipped to house.
