The store is well kept and clean. However, not the cheapest on many items they claim. You will find it less with them than anywhere else. That's a lie that being said, they have furniture deals, but if you don't read them right, you'll miss the fact that they're only for the day. As they're trying to get rid of stuff, they have some broken furniture, and they're selling it on clearance. It's not worth it. It is so badly broken. I said something to a manager, and all they could do is take off 10%. They don't deliver. You have to pay even more. I've shopped big lots for many years, and they used to be okay, but I guess with inflation, which really isn't their fault. Their prices are just seemingly too high to me.For what they're selling.

Wow, awful Big Lots! I shop at Big Lots and since a recent move, stopped at this one! Never again, filthy filthy restroom! I told an employee and she said "yeah"?? Shelves are a mess, most are empty. Employees on phones, never a hello or zilch. On check out the employee grunted and I could not understand, so rude. No, this
will definitely not be a Big Lots I shop with!

Store was good. Front register worker was on her phone. Rang my item up twice, I brought to her attention. Very rude removing the doubke charge. Didn't thank me back or say have a nice day back. Not impressed with customer service. She was too busy on her phone.

Dontrell was the absolute nicest, whole-hearted person we've come into contact with since moving her3 from FL. He went above and beyond to give us exceptional service and was smiling and laughing with us the whole time! We bought a new mattress we desperately needed!! He helped us load it and all! 10 Stars for just being an amazing and kind person on a Sunday afternoon!! Thank you Dontrell!!
