I went in the store to buy another phone and transfer the old number to the new phone and it took hours an hours to do this transaction. Very disappointed this transaction.

Jena was wonderful! I came in to buy a new phone and switch from another phone carrier. She completely help me through the whole process of switching everything over. She was professional and got me out in a timely manner!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! 2 weeks after I purchased a phone here, for approximately $200, my phone magically went out!! No scratches. No cracks. When I took it to Boost Mobile in Warner Robins ,GA, the girl was very nonchalant and nasty to me. Even though SHE sold the phone to me, she was not understanding. She stated that all she could do was give me a number to call. They also sell you insurance without explaining that there is a deductible. I would shop at dollar general for a phone before I go here again. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I should have been alerted when there were 5 customers inside and she was on the phone instead of helping. Every question a customer had she had no clue how to answer. She had to call someone for every single question, and still didn't have an answer. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Went with a friend. I am not a Boost mobile customer. I felt they had a limited selection of phones and for the selection the price seemed accelerated. I'll stick with At&t.

I don't know how this place stays in business and I'd be surprised to find out somebody manages anything here. They open when they want - the sign on the door with hours of operation are decorative.i called a couple times and they picked up and said nothing. Don't waste your time.
