Frustrated........... We found a car in South FL and paid $100 to have it shipped to Warner Robins, GA. It took weeks to process and arrive. We finally saw it and took a test drive on a Friday evening. We weren’t exactly sure so we asked for another test drive on the following Tuesday and it was arranged. Later on that same Friday we decided to go ahead and purchase it. They wouldn’t take our check and banks were closed so our account couldn’t be verified. The manager then refused to hold it for us until Monday and/or allow our already arranged test drive. After quite a bit of time he finally approved our previously arranged Tuesday test drive. We double checked on line and Carmax showed it as reserved. When we arrived for the test drive Tuesday the salesperson told us he had been showing the car to sell and allowing test drives. WHAT??!! We tried to arrange a 24 hour test drive and the salesman was strongly resisting our efforts and we were directed to an extended (1 hr) test drive instead. We bought the car. When we got the car home we realized how filthy it was. It was full of cat hairs. The rag we used to clean the seats with was turned from white to brown from the filth. The seat belts were so grimy they wouldn’t retract. Obvious that the car had not been deep cleaned. Under the hood, the oil and brake fluid appeared fresh and recently changed. Out of precaution I had the brakes flushed. The fluid flushed from the brake system was nasty black. New brake fluid is pale yellow. Apparently someone had only changed the fluid in reservoir to give the appearance of a recently serviced brake system. POOR FORM Carmax!!!!!!!

My experience purchasing my car was a wonderful peaceful experience, The salesperson that worked with me was absolutely amazing and had me feeling like he was an old friend within minutes . Hands down he’s the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with , the only thing that bothered me was the car I purchased said it had an oil life of 33% and the salesman said it would absolutely get an oil change free of charge and set me up for 8 am the folly Monday to which I was on time and the car was immediately taken back for service and 10 min later my car was back and a gentleman gave me my key and said I just had to reset the oil life it looked clean the other dealership must have changed the oil already and chuckled and said they saved you the cost of an oil change so I was upset with that experience I felt like I was just being pushed out the door and like I was being talked to like I was an idiot that could just be talked out of an oil change so I just left , I did pay a place $70 to change my oil ….. that was the only downside to the experience

The experience was awesome . The customer service was great , and the purchasing process was hassle free . I was able to drive off with a nice car and confidence knowing I made the right choice. My favorite part was walking out to a nice yellow bow on my new car! Thanks Carmax

Son bought his car in a different state and it needed a repair that carmax said they would take of, even in another state. He's been getting the run-around for several weeks now and nobody seems to know what's going on or they keep referring to different people. Seems like they don't care once the car is off the lot. Looking into the lemon laws.

Car max associates are great. Helped me with the online paperwork. The pick up of our new vehicle took all of 20 minutes. The whole process was fantastic. We love our Buick Enclave. Thank you so much.

I expected a superior experience at Carmax, but unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. While attempting to browse several vehicles, I interacted with salesperson Terri, who presented me with a few options. However, the vehicle I was most interested in was repeatedly stated as unavailable, despite being listed online as available. I was unable to effectively communicate this discrepancy. I ultimately settled on a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, which I liked. Following further research a few days later, I discovered that the vehicle had been sold to me with an incorrect trim level. It was advertised as a mid-trim level, whereas the actual vehicle was a base model. Carmax didn’t want to take any action. As a result, I decided to return the vehicle, as I was unwilling to pay the price of a mid-trim level for a base model. I am extremely disappointed. 5/10

Not impressed, had an appointment set for 3:30pm Nov 12th, was told there was a 30-40 min wait. Ok cool, 2 hours later I'm still waiting in the lobby after twice being told I'm next in line. Thanks for wasting my afternoon and missing work👍

All the sales people are very polite and cooperative, and will do their best to help you find the right car for you, with no fluffy stuff! I got my first car from here, so that should say plenty.

Always an easy experience when dealing with CarMax. This is my 3rd car from them and I’ve not been disappointed at all. Mr. Leisure at the Warner Robbins CarMax was professional and friendly. Next car will be a CarMax car!!!
