Carter’s continues to disappoint me. I placed an order on November 22nd and immediately received the shipping notification with the tracking number. I knew the package would take a few days to reach me, considering it was close to Thanksgiving. I received a notification saying my package would be delivered, but it never arrived. Not once did I get a notification or email explaining why there was a delay or that the package was lost until I reached out to customer service to inquire about my order. My order was a part of the buy one get one free option.
I look forward to this sale each time it's offered because I have twins to buy for. I was told via email that my order was lost and that they would not replace my items but rather issue a refund in 3-5 business days. Now, I have to find pants for my daughter at another company.

Absolutely love this store! Great variety of children’s clothing at affordable prices! The associates are always friendly and eager to assist! I would highly recommend shopping at this establishment!

I purchased a lot of clothes for my baby online and in store I came into the store to exchange 1 item I entered the store stood in line another lady entered not to long after me and was immediately welcome in I guess I wasn’t light enough I found that very rude everyone after me welcome in then the lady proceed to tell the other lady helping me my item was probably over 90 days when it wasn’t near I will never come back to shop again the worker was racist I notice now she was watching the other colored worker the whole time

Staff friendly. Store is well maintained. Clothes are folded and easy to see. It even has a few toys too.

Do not go to this store unless you want To be treated awful! Employees are rude and could care less if you make purchase. They talk down to you and make you feel unwanted in “their” store. Several friends warned me not to waste time going in this particular store but I wanted to give it a chance. District office should really look into their employees behavior

Don’t order online ! 10 days after placing order I received email from the company extending shipping times to possible 28 days! They already charged me for it of course! (Warehouse is 2 hours away.)

Staff is very rude. The whole time I was in the store, not one worker greeted me or asked if I needed help. This was not the 1st time this happened, at the same location. I WILL NOT BE BACK!
