Rude experience. One open register.My wife and I were approaching the register, the employee gave a rude look placed a closed sign and walked off. So we looked at each other laughing it off and preceded to the self check outs. A lead/manager watched us proceed to the self check out row and after stepping up to a row with greens lights on get another nasty look and very rudely snaps at us and says those are closed too. Self check out machines have never been used by Walmart executives. Explain how a customer stacks an entire buggy full of groceries on a 12 inch staggering platform, so machine dies not beep at you. Taking pictures and hollering that one is miscuing and stealing . Dies Walmart performtheir own mystery shopping? My guess, is they have forgotten their roots and hired College graduates that are educated without common sense. Walmart from the top can careless about it's customers..From this day forward, I pledge my support to Publix as long as their Customer service continues to excel within their organization.
