If I could give 0 stars I would. This service is absolutely ridiculous. It has been 3 days in a row where I am in my apartment and the WiFi suddenly stops because they are working on it. When I called the representative says when unplanned services happen they don’t send a warning of an outage but when it’s planned they do… how do you have the same people working on the same WiFi for 3 SGAs in a row and yet it’s not “planned” for you. I should’ve been notified EVERY single time they showed up. I am a student and now every time I do my school work have been disrupted with no warning. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable way to treat customers. I never wanted this WiFi but it’s the only one accepted in this area. If a proper email was sent out saying prepare for WiFi outages this week I could’ve planned my week better and went somewhere else to work instead of getting interrupted each time and then having to go find some place near me in the middle of my work. Horrible WiFi if it’s not required in your area don’t get it!!

I am reviewing the local Cox store on Watson (and not Cox in general).
The salesperson Tanesha was very patient and helped my elderly mother set up internet and mobile service. We appreciate it!

I started my service paying 49 dlls, right now iam in the store waiting 1 hr to ask why my bill raised to 129, this service is monopolizing the area, we don't have many options to chose from... also the customer service in the store is ridiculous... it's 1 o 2 persons attending to 10 o 12 people..

Cox is the worst provider. Service isn’t stable and reliable.You consistently have outages. They constantly billing you for service that you can’t or don’t use and when you call about it they want to give you the least amount for credit. We have had an outage for days and some of us work from home and have at home business that they rely on internet for. Yes, they are aware of the issues because I’ve called several times.

Wifi very SLOW poor connection and goes out like a dish in rainy season COX DOESN'T EVEN USE THEIR OWN SERVICES I need the INTERNET PROVIDER THEY USE.
they use to be the best but now, I wouldn't recommend COX unless like me you have no other option....I'm going to try my phone carrier's home #internet cause COX IS WACK

I wish i could give them zero stars but it wont tllet me,but officiallly i give them zero stars. I pay for 500mbs and only get 200 90 percent of the time. Constant outages in my area without any updates or warning. Customer service is a complete joke. You try and call them and get it resolve but all you get is a answering machine or an automated message system. Clearly cox does not care about their customers. You would think they would with the rates they charge you a month.

Our neighbor had gotten internet put in at their house & the cable had to be run through mine & my husband’s yard. While the men with that company were digging the small trench, our WiFi stopped working completely. I had to troubleshoot & I was on the phone with customer service. We couldn’t figure out the issue so the man with customer service, Harsimran, scheduled a technician to come out the very next morning (today) for between 8am & 10am. The technician arrived within the first hour at about 8:15. He was nice, friendly, & worked very fast. I had a suspicion that the people with my neighbors company had managed to cut our cable & our technician confirmed it. He had a new cable in within about 20 minutes & I’m assuming that, because neither my husband nor myself were at fault, there was no charge. All-in-all I’m very happy with Cox & how quickly they worked to resolve our issue! Thank you so much!

Stuck with Cox internet at my two locations in the Macon area. But I sure wish there were other options. I am routinely disappointed with the slow speeds. Very unreliable service. Online chat is slow and unresponsive.

Got charged over $60 to just to move service locations. It appeared on my bill three months after I moved without any prior notice. I feel like they were trying to get their getback for me calling them out on a previous dispute about my internet service being half the speed but twice the price as their current advertised internet plans.
