Poor customer service in response to outage. Was working Cox truck on street working at box and when i get Home no internet. They are not helpful at all when i contacted customer service.

I’ve had service for 3 years and I’m finally disconnecting. For weeks at a time the internet will cut in and out for no reason. Cox customer service says it’s because we have too many devices connected BUT we literally only have 2 phones and a TV and we disconnect our phones when we want to use the TV and it STILL disconnects. They tried to get us to get the higher plan. So we upgraded speed and it STILL CUTS IN AND Out. Over the last 3 years we’ve had 3 technicians come “fix” The problem.

If Chelsea still works there she has no business doing customer service.disconnected my service rather than transferring me making me pay 20 dollars more a month and having to sign a 2 year contract just to get that rate. i am only now posting because i wanted to avoid her messing with my account further. (i am disconnecting my cox service)

If I could give 0 starts i would. The worst company I have worked with EVER! Have had internet issues for months and tried to get it fixed but have had multiple technicians cancel on me and cannot to any work at all. It’s not the store but it is the COMPANY!! Do not use coz cable!!!!!!!!

I recently move into a new construction home with Cox high speed internet. I lost service due to issues with the cables outside and it took over a week to have my service restored. It just happened again today when a contractor came out to bury my neighbors wire and I'm looking at another week before someone can come out. This is ridiculous and I wish we had more internet options. Worst service repair ever!!!!

Cox internet is trash and currently looking into getting another internet provider. All these interruption and outages is ridiculous! If it's broke FIX it! Get a better system or whatever to prevent people's service to constantly go out. I don't understand why other internet providers don't have this issue but ya'll do...a joke!! I wouldn't be surprised if Cox goes out of business, ya'll don't even care about the issue that people have mentioned over the years with your terrible internet!

I was visiting the Philippines last month and they didn't allow me to log into my cox account to pay my bill. They kept telling me to "find the crosswalk" like it was some sort of sick game and when I did, they told me to change my password, which I proceeded to do over 3 times. In the end, I was still not allowed to pay my bills online, so I had to contact my father back in Georgia to physically go into the store to pay for the bill. I'd give them 0 out of 5 stars if possible.

On May 6 my son and I went into Cox to find out some information about his current account and was able to upgrade his device, that also came with some great savings well as perks. Our sales associate Heather was Awesome and provided great customer experience.

This business is the worst cable business I have ever had to deal with. I am in a new build area and have been waiting for service since December. I called Cox before I moved in to ensure service could be started on or about January 1st. They assured me it would be ready. I have been going back and forth with my builder and Cox ever since. I call today and talk to Cox and they said the other homes in my build area have been serviced and mine has not. Like what the heck? I live alone, need cameras installed, have no tv and no Starlink doesn’t work here either - I looked into it. So I call today and am told the wrong ticket for service connection or whatever was put in and the proper one is not submitted and it is going to take ANOTHER 8 WEEKS to service my house AFTER the paperwork is done by ME. This is news to me. I have bought a brand new home in 2013 and this was NEVER an issue with COX. Everytime I call, I get jerked around and the finger is always pointed to another department. Today it was pointed at ME. If I could go with another company I would do it in a heartbeat. Corporate Cox, I hope you read this because you need to train your people better. Obviously one hand has no clue what the other hand does. Oh and have them write notes. I have been calling almost weekly to get an update on a day to install and find out there is only one note from JANUARY on file. Piss poor company.
