Pamela and the other young lady in the front with the short brown hair I believe (I’m sorry I forgot your name!) were such a great help. I went in planning to upgrade my phone and they made the process so smooth. I moved down from Florida a couple days ago and I’m glad to know that my local cricket store is about their business and can get the job done.
They were also so sweet! Thank you guys for serving me!!

Denisse is amazing. She took the time out of her day to give me a comprehensive walk through of the options available. I came in happy and I left ecstatic. Please give her flowers because great customer service is hard to come by these days. I will be back to the Russell Pkwy branch.

My husband and I went in a few weeks ago and had a nice visit with the sales lady and the manager. The manager was very informative about the cricket outages, and the sales lady was sweet and down to earth!

Been a customer for years with cricket, walked into the store one of their stores yesterday wasn't greeted wasn't even acknowledged, went there to buy new phones and my husband needed to use the restroom because he takes water pills for his heart the girls working there said no we don't allow anyone to use them well we have been in that store many times over the years and never had an issue until yesterday!! They were to busy talking to their friends and I believe they have an issue with whites js , won't ever go back there !

The store is clean. The manager Melissa was very knowledgeable and helpful. Most Cricket locations I have visited have younger people working who aren't professional at all but not Russell.

Initial problem from "customer-service" call center. Found a Cricket retail on Russell. It was a challenging problem to solve and Ciera and Jordan took the time to thoughtfully solve it. Their efforts saved Cricket from loosing a customer. Those two were helpful, considerate, thoughtful and professional!! They went above and beyond- they deserve a bonus or a raise!!
