Initial problem from "customer-service" call center. Found a Cricket retail on Russell. It was a challenging problem to solve and Ciera and Jordan took the time to thoughtfully solve it. Their efforts saved Cricket from loosing a customer. Those two were helpful, considerate, thoughtful and professional!! They went above and beyond- they deserve a bonus or a raise!!

This is the best Cricket in the middle georgia area. Great customer service, all the reps are very friendly and are willing to go the extra smile. They explained everything to me very thoroughly and helped me set up my cricket app and hbo max app once I purchased a phone that suited my needs.
