I arrived 6 minutes before my appointment with Heather. No other customers were in the store. Was greeted by a man and advised to sit in Heather's chair, she just went to have a drink. After 15 mins, I was still the only one in the store plus their were no beauticians on the floor so I figured they must have all gone to lunch or something.....so I just left. Needless to say, I won't be back either.

Should be a negative one the blonde and there was very rude got there an hour before closing there was two people that were going to cut hair hair and 2little boys getting a hair cut and then me but she wanted to be rude and 2 other times she messed my hair up

Did not listen to what I said. I even showed her a picture and said like this but not quite yhis short. The back cut way to short on the length, not blended properly. I have wedding to go to and my hair looks like it was cut by a teenager with weedeater. I will never go back here. She even admitted that she did not listen to what I was saying.

Heather is amazing! She is great with naturally curly hair. She’ll tell you if what you want isn’t feasible and give you options. She is super friendly and professional.

I went here today and was met by an older gentleman who asked me what it was that I was looking for, and I showed him a picture of what I wanted done with my hair.
He asked me if I wanted my hair really long or short, and I told him somewhere in between.
He starts cutting and asks me if I want the front of my hair beneath or above my eyebrows. I told him slightly above it.
He then proceeded to cut the front of my hair almost completely to the top and fully rid me of styling the front of my hair fir at least a month or so.
I believe that he didn't know how to do any cut except for a military style cut because that's what I got.
It was very short and looked nothing like what I showed nor asked him to cut.
It was very uneven, thicker on and shorter on one side than the other and was left with bald patches, and loose hair all over.
It costed over $20 to do something that I could've done better and faster myself.
Please save yourself the time, money, and trouble and get your haircut somewhere else! Your hair will thank you!!!

Don't waste your time nor money. I have been coming to this place for long time. I had an appointment but stylist(Nicole) was running an hour behind schedule. I was okay with waiting an hour. However, once it was time for her to do my hair, she stated that she didn't have time to do everything I wanted done to my hair due to her being behind schedule. So, I left.

I called before going in and asked a price for a full cut, wash blow dry and flat iron. I was told $40 so I went thinking it was a great deal. I arrive receive the service and the charged me over $110. I'm pissed because they never said it's based off of length or anything else. I would never had come if I would have know that, fucking ridiculous and I will never go back. It doesn't take a genius to cut hair straight across at the shoulders. I'm very dissatisfied with this location, their lack of communication and over pricing. Don't go here. They are not true on their pricing and will over charge. It looks good as a cut but I only went here because I didn't want to do it must for $100 I would have. They should have explained pricing is based off length and can only be quoted in person. No see me know I called and continue with the service knowing you quoted me $40 and ring me up $112. Then ask for a tip, seriously fuck off.
