Like the others here, I had the same humiliating experience. NOT EVERYONE ABUSES RX MEDS and the little Asian lady behind the counter needs to learn that she just needs to do her job... people who want pills are going to get them!!My story:CVS says it'll be ready this day at this time...went that day at that time and was told "oh we have to call your doctor because he wrote it wrong" (LIE LIE LIE! The doc called the med in!)....Then they just brushed it away like it didn't matter that I could go through seizures or withdrawal without my anxiety med...so luckily my doc was available and told them to fill the Rx, but if it were up to the pharmacy, I'd still be waiting. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER FILL HERE OR SHOP HERE AGAIN (and I'm loyal to most CVSs)

The pharmacist caught a drug that could’ve possibly had a bad reaction to my health. After talking to the doctor, it was determined, let’s not take a chance on the health. I was very impressed by the pharmacist.

Gets 1 because I can't write a no star. People are rude and staff and pharmacy judges you. Little short female Asian pharmacist is a wanna be Dr who flexes her little bit of power on people just trying to get there medicine. Probably the type of Pharm D that thinks she is on the same level with actual medical MD's. Na. You count pills. I am a long time CVS customer and always have been treated with respect. I had to use this CVS due to backorder in the supply chain. They are definitely ver quick to judge people that just need them to do their job and dispense the medicine that an actual MD has prescribed. Stop trying to make decisions that affect peoples lives. Just shut up and count the pills. Smile and move on.

I have been trying to fulfill a necessary prescription for my seven year old son since Monday afternoon. My wife called in the Rx between 3:30pm to 4:00pm on Monday ( 2-4-19). She stops off today after work today between 5:30pm to 6:00pm. The prescription is not ready and they tell her it will be another hour. She calls CVS around 7:30pm to 7:45pm and they tell her twenty more minutes. I wait until 8:10pm to 8:15pm to leave. I get there and wait in a line with four customers ahead of me. I meet a guy behind the counter and he apologizes about the wait and being slammed, but says it will be another ten minutes. I am hesitant and give him the stink eye, but I say no more and browse the store. He tells me that he will make my prescription a top priority and will expedite me. I get bored of the store and pace around the prescription desk again. An older blonde female pharmacist asks if she can help me and I tell her my story thus far. She tells me that she can only give me 22 pills of the prescription because that's all they have. One, she couldn't transfer it to another CVS since it was electronically sent to them from the doctor and two, we would miss eight pills because of the electronic prescription. She says sorry, that someone should have checked to see if there was enough for the prescription. The funny thing is that it was her and one other male employee that was running the pharmacy. Is she blaming herself? When she told me she couldn't fill it short of us loosing eight pills, I saluted her and walked out. Nothing but silence from the pharmacist upon walking out. Yes, we waited too long to fill my son's prescription, but does one mean to tell me that a common needed prescription can't be filled/communicated after approximately thirty hours in the 21st century. I will never slide another dollar of my money across the clerk counter of this CVS. We are transferring this prescription in the morning.
