Went here last night to pick up a doordash order that wanted strawberry ice cream. I got 2 containers of the Ben & Jerry's ice cream. When I got to the register the employees tell me that they are not allowed to sell me the ice cream because the freezer went down a couple of days ago so it may not be safe to eat. So I asked them why is there no sign on the door informing customers of that? They say, because the manager keeps taking it down. So I tell her ok whatever. So then the employee goes and puts the same ice cream back in the same freezer for someone else to go through the same experience. So what is the real issue here? Why is the manager refusing to put a "broken freezer" sign on the freezer door?? Or does this have something to do with the Ben & Jerry boycott where they are refusing to sell their products?? If you're not going to allow people to purchase the items then put a sign up! Without a sign, I should have the right to make the choice, once told at the register, of whether I want to buy potentially spoiled ice cream or not.

The pharmacy is never staffed sufficiently. I every time I go to pick up d for my mother there are multiple people waiting I. Line and only 1 person manning a register trying to clear the crowd. The pharmacy manager is failing the customers and the employees. In addition the phone messaging system is a failure as well. It never finds my mothers phone number, rx number or date of birth and drops after 2-3 attempts

The parking lot outside has got trash all over the place even though there were trash cans available. It looks like nobody’s been out here in a while to clean up this parking lot. One of the self checkout registers never seems to work properly. The gentleman working here was very nice and very helpful when we were checking out.

No one at front of the store and had to self pay myself. No one to greet. They were more interested in putting out stock than to talk with guest. You need to have employee meetings BIG TIME. Guest are always first. I worked in retail many, many years. 1 star for now. Please take responsibility and have better customer service. Product will always be there but customers will find other places to render services.

When prescriptions are faxed over from physicians, proscriptions or refills are never addressed until you go in and inquire in person about them. No one ever calls and acknowledges any prescription issues with pre-authorization or lets you know when prescriptions are ready. Not even with automatic refills.. Depending on when you can go in, this might delay your prescription being filled for weeks . Recently, my doctor faxed over a prescription on October 25th as of November 4th , I still don’t have my medication ! This poor follow -through with customer service is frustrating. There is also a delay in receiving medication because they never have meds in stock.

Worker at window had ZERO customer service skills, talked in a whisper, and seemed to know little pertaining to how to communicate and do her job. I asked if my prescription was ready to which she said not yet, I asked for an estimated time of when it would be ready and she told me that she was not sure which is cool. She then asked me to loop back around and it would be ready for me. By the time I looped around and came back to the window for a SECOND time, she proceeds to tell me it’s still not ready and asked me to come into the store because she doesn’t know when it will be ready. What is the point of a drive thru? I felt lied to. Would not go back.

Very poor customer service skills. I came in this morning to print off twenty copies, when i asked for assistance i was told “Im not trying to be smart, but just follow the directions” lo and behold i was put to the side while a family took passport photos….That family walked in five minutes after my initial interaction for asking for assistance.
In the middle of my large printing order of 20 copies of a four page document, the printer was moved around and cleaning was done by the older lady with glasses that mad the poor customer service comment. After cleaning and moving by the printer, she realizes there is a jam and also no paper in 2 trays….I have a job interview this morning and had to leave behind six copy es of my documents that have my personal information on……This was the worst customer service ever ive ever had at a cvs. Not only am i not going to return for my documentation, i will never to this particular cvs ever again.
Its not hard to be attentive to your customers needs, but she didnt mean to be smart…. i can see that.

CVS has been my pick for a while used a different one till I moved, this one is the closest one. Sadly they have messed up 3 times on my stuff so I will be transferring stuff to a different pharmacy especially after this last time. They were extremely rude on the phone and just dont seem to understand how stuff actually works.
