Worst pharmacy EVER. Staff is rude, uninformed, and dismissive. Do not fill your prescriptions here because there's a good chance you won't get your medication and if you do get it, it won't be worth the hassle.

This same thing has happened 2 times at this pharmacy! I have someone on the not allowed to pick-up my son's medication list but said person has been able to pick-up my son's medication. They are rude!
They made me feel like it was my fault and their reasoning was well she knew the information. Then I called to try to get a solution the next day and was hung up on! I've called corporate office and put in a complaint hopefully they will get better staff. I'm not going to be using that cvs anymore hopefully others will complain about them too. And I still don't have my son's medication he needs for school! I had to give it 1 star to post but they definitely don't deserve it!!

I want to acknowledge Marc in the pharmacy for his assistance and compassion today. My son accidentally threw his medicine in the trash. My insurance company authorized an emergency refill, if the pharmacist approves. My insurance called and spoke with Jasmine. She said no. I called and practically begged Jasmine to authorize the refill, she said no! She said it’s up to the pharmacist and they don’t usually give emergency refills on C2 meds. I said I understand you don’t usually do it, but my son needs his meds to be successful in school. Will you please authorize his meds? I’m not asking you to refill Percocets or anything. I explained to her again that it’s to help my son focus in school and he has Milestone tests next week. Jasmine dismissed me and told me to call Marc, which I did. Jasmine showed no concern, compassion or empathy for my situation. Marc didn’t hesitate to help me and had my son’s medicine ready within 2 hours! It costs nothing to be compassionate and understanding and Jasmine lacks both! I’m thankful I was able to speak with Marc and I will ask for him moving forward. Thank you again, Marc!!

The last two times I’ve gone here totally different medications once for me another for my daughter I was told bluntly we don’t have!!! Not we can order or it will take this long. Pharmacist is rude will not be going back left me waiting in drive through for 10 min only car there 3 employees in pharmacy.

The woman up front was extremely unprofessional and rude. My friends and I walked over from Ollie's to grab a drink and look around for a moment, upon entering we were immediately given a dirty look and followed around the entire store the whole time. Then when checking out she accused us of stealing and repetitively implied we had taken items and would not take no for an answer. We feel this was heavily due to profiling and will not be shopping at cvs again.

Do NOT be fooled by what the website and/or local guide says! This pharmacy is NOT open until 9pm!! I had my prescription sent here because online hours showed it open until 9pm, …only to get there and find out they close at 6pm (SIX O’CLOCK PM)! And of course they can’t do anything to transfer my script to another CVS or any other pharmacy! Sick or not, I’m gonna have to live without my script until another day!
