I usually have no issue with this store and just started coming here often. I was checking out and usually have no issues with the store associate lady. I was using self checkout like I prefer and she was standing behind me watching me the whole time like I was going to steal. I looked back at her said, “I don’t steal.” She replied, “I’m just doing my job, I do this for everyone.” Well apparently not. She was not standing behind the woman previously using self checkout….I definitely feel uncomfortable and uneasy coming to this location now. People deserve to shop in peace…this does not sit right with me at all

Only gave one star to warn customers. This is the WORST pharmacy in middle GA. Whether you are calling medication in from a doctors office or calling in as a customer, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!

Disabling call in to the pharmacy isnt the way to do business. Hire someone to answer the phone.

There is only 2 good employees, Linda, Sophia that care about the customers, if neither of them aren't working then I always have a problem with my child's medicine or mine, usually my child that has multiple health problems. One day, been told twice they have it in stock but i get there, they want to tell you they don't have it and go somewhere else but they don't even ask someone else in store and the medicine was there. Two times another person over heard and corrected for me. The other employees are very unprofessional and do not care about helping customers get things straight or help you understand why there is a problem. Almost 20 years with cvs and having to change due to the new rude, unprofessional employees

Hands down the WORST CVS in Warner Robins. Today after 15yrs I’ve changed my pharmacy to Walmart pharmacy because I’ve never been treated as bad as I have with the pharmacy. Also Walmart prices are better!!! CVS lost a customer for life today

They are either slow as hell in the drive thru to pick up a prescription or don’t even say hello and just look at you like you’re stupid. I really hate this pharmacy

This is hands down the worst pharmacy in Warner Robins. The pharmacists there are EXTREMELY rude and lackadaisical. When I gave birth to my son, I had to wait a week for them to fill my prescription. When they were asked why, the reason they gave me was different from the reason the gave the nurse from my doctor’s office. My doctor’s office was so pissed off with their lies. I called in today to ask a question and again had to deal with an EXTREMELY rude pharmacist just for asking a question about my medication as if that’s not what she’s paid to do. I will never fill a prescription here again. Choose somewhere else just to save yourself the anger and frustration.

My daughter and I were followed by one of the associates. He automatically assumed that we were going to steal. I have money and I don’t need to steal. My daughter felt VERY uncomfortable and so did I. I will avoid this CVS like the Black Plague.

Calling up here is a PITA. The pharmacy is the HARDEST to deal with and tbh it’s ALL CVS pharmacies. But this is who I deal with most.I had a pharmacist or manager can’t remember who gave me a whole attitude when I dropped off a written prescription all I did was hand it and got the worst “well I don’t have time to fill it now if you’re waiting”You didn’t ask if I was?? I’m not sure if she still works there or notThere is a saving grace if you made it this far. A young I think blonde woman, it’s been a minute since I’ve been INSIDE and talked to her, who was working the pharmacy counter was SO patient with me and helped me figure out why the meds were costing more and which meds were which and even helped me get the 90 day supply rolling. She was very nice.
