BUYER BEWARE!! Discovery Auto Sales is ripping people off!!! My mom purchased a vehicle there, a 2017 Chevy Trax. Within a week it needed a repair and a month later it won’t even run!!! She put 800 miles on it and the Chevy place says it’s not even worth fixing now, that she has to scrap it!! They won’t do anything to help her! She paid $9000 cash for it and I went up there a week later and he said sorry, all sales final. The car is a lemon!!

I bought a 2011 Honda accord from this company in january of last year. Purchasing the car was an okay experience. However after buying my car i had to replace multiple tires on it due to the front end needing the upper and lower control arms replaced, the ball bearings replaced, and a number of other things which ended up resulting in 2700$ worth of work. Car drove fine after all of that was done till recently when it was discovered it will now need a new oil pump, a new power steering pump, a new cv joint boot and other things which is going to amount to another 1000$ or more worth of work. So basically I have put about $5k into this $10000 in a year and a half, between repairs and tires. I know I should have gone elsewhere now. But i needed a car to get back and forth to work. Now I wish I'd been able to wait. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! And I definitely will not recommend them to anyone.

We bought that 09 Jeep Wrangler Sahara the first two weeks we had to put it in the shop transmission went out jeep stayed in the shop five months and it's been a year guess what it's back in the shop for the motor. They didn't have a mechanic on the spot which was a red flag. The owner would never talk to me and then they tried to sell me a warranty. Worse experience of my life. Well lesson learned.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing a car here. I really wanted to give the benefit of the doubt since I really needed a car with the school year upcoming. However, just like the rest of the reviews my car broke down a few days after driving it off of the lot.
It reeked of cigarette smoke too. The smell I can’t blame on anyone, since I chose to purchase the car, however the time and effort I’ve put into cleaning it added on to the now broken down car is a bigger headache than what its worth. If there is any other place you are considering, save your time and money and go elsewhere. It is so painful that the owners would sell people cars like this.. you can see that they have done this multiple times.

They will work with you to get you riding. There are lots of quality vehicles to choose from. I highly recommend them for a terrific transparent auto purchase experience. I will provide an update on the quality of the vehicle I purchased today in a couple of months.

They sold my son a broken car. How the first day he purchased it and now he cant drive it because the coolant has poured out it! Then one of the windows don't roll down. Are you serious?
Do not buy from these people. They are an LLC. That's a step up from having a lemonade stand. They are not an BBB accredited business. They have a rating of an F. The have unanswered complaints. They took a 17 y.o. hard earned money and let him walk with a POS car RIGHT BEFORE HE GOES TO COLLEGE. The more I research this place, the more I have the ilk. Until they DO RIGHT BY MY SON THEY WILL NEVER RISE.

Please be certain to get a 5 point inspection when purchasing any car from this dealership I’ve just got our a month ago and it already needs 2 repairs that cost way over 2,000 that a warranty will not cover.

The salesperson was helpful in allowing us to examining the vehicle and discuss purchase options; however, we were only allowed a 15 min test drive on a very busy road. Another major disappointment was that this location refused to let me take the car to get pre-purchase inspection. Very unacceptable for any purchase. The gray area in this is that they did say I can bring a mechanic to the location, but a mobile mechanic in this area is rare, and inspection would be very limited!
Our time was lost, and I wondered why the cars have not sold. With these tactics, the cars will be sitting there for a long time with this type of behavior.
