Horrible experience! I went in on 4/19/24 for a mani & pedi and the pedi wasn't so bad other than her not asking me which pedicure option I wanted and no one gave me the color options to choose from. While getting my pedicure another lady (I think the owner) soaked my nails in a bowl to get the gel polish off. One of my nails was already broken on the side and she was so aggressive as she started to scrape the polish off with her fingernail that she caused my nail to start bleeding. I told her that she was too rough and caused my nail to break even more and bleed. No apology what so ever! She then recommended I just do a polish change instead of a manicure which was fine however, the workstation was not clean, she was rushing, her work was extremely messy. She had polish all over the side of my nails and I had to ask her to clean the LED Lamp because it was oily. I was so irritated I wanted to get up and leave. They're practices are so dated as well as their facility. They were not friendly or welcoming. Once I went to the register to pay, I let the guy know that I had a horrible experience and he asked me what happen. I told him and he didn't say ANYTHING. He gave me my receipt to sign and that was it. They will never get another dime of my money! Horrible service!

I like the older lady(the wife) she's really good, very professional, and I prefer going to her every time. She's my go-to person for me and my daughter.

This nail shop is nowhere you should spend your money. They are rude, dirty workstations, and rush to get finished. The service and attitude were so unbearable I stop her mid way doing my 10 minute pedi and left.Service: Pedicure

Negative stars. I've frequented this location numerous times. Each time has been nice. However, I went today. As usual, I still had gel polish on my toes from the previous visit. An older woman, new to me, gave me a pedicure. She used the Dremel nail file to remove my gel. I guess the polish was not coming off quick enough. Instead of soaking the rest of the polish off with acetone, she proceeds to manually peel the gel polish off with her fingers. Of course, the gel polish adheres to the actual nail. When she pulled of my polish, she pulled off a layer of my toenail. After doing so, she used cuticle trimmers to "clean up". Afterwards, she asks me if I want a "fake tip" on my toe. I asked her why, to see if she'd tell the truth. Her response was that I had "thin nails". Informed her that it was not true. I have always had healthy nails and she literally ripped off a part of my toenail. She kept referring to thin nails. Instead of color, I asked for a clear coat to keep anything else from tearing and to keep and eye on the toe. She does so and proceeds to the next client. Normally, I get gel polish. So I did not wear sandals. She did not turn on a fan to dry the clear polish or provide the temp flip flops. So, I remained in the pedicure chair waiting for coat to dry. 5 mins into catering to her next client, she realized that I have not moved from the chair. She, THEN, asked if I wanted temp sandals. Keep in mind that, I was there as soon as it opened. It was not crowded. Not many people were there. Her next client arrived about 5 mins after she messed up my toe. I will no longer recommend this location.

Gets the job done well. Did an amazing job at being gentle and patient. Aura of the spa calm. Kind personalities and great customer service. The base of the pedicure was amazing. Got all of my ingrown toenails out safely and without any pain. As much as you can not have pain from ingrown toenails taken out. I appreciate someone who does their job and does it well.Service: Pedicure

I arrived a little after 4:20pm on a Friday. They were a little crowded but within 20 minutes I was seated. The pedicure tech didn’t hurt my feet and they had a decent section of colors to pick from. The service was excellent!

The nail polish is all on the sides of my fingers, the nails are all different shapes, the color has already started spotting in different places. Literally just left like not even 45 minutes ago! The guy who did my nails was so inconsiderate and literally putting that powered piece on my SKIN & not just my nails. I would pull my hand away and he just kept on putting it back on my skin. I usually go to the place inside Walmart & see Cindy and now I remember why! Not everyone should be a nail tech!Service: Gel manicures

My friend and I went in for 2 full sets of gel nails and walked out with nails that look like we were kids getting out first manicures. The nail polish is all on the sides of my fingers, the nails are all different shapes, the color has already started spotting in different places. Literally just left like not even 45 minutes ago!
