I had a problem with reservations. Very poor, when you make reservations and you go the day of the reservation and they don't have the car there and you've got people sitting around waiting for a car. I want to thank Mr Donovan for his help in checking my ride in and also thank Mr Larry in his help in checking my ride out .

The staff at the Watson location is absolutely amazing. There are never any wait times. The office is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. I always look forward to going in and engaging with the people there. Kendra, Cierra, and Donovan are truly amazing.

I rented my vehicle during the Christmas holiday and my representative at the time was Lamond H. He was very helpful throughout the entire process, making sure the vehicle was to me and my family’s standards, valued my time and answered any questions I had. The level of customer service provided was definitely 5-star quality and won’t hesitate using the company again for my rental needs.

this particular location has cancelled on me three times for a return to the Hartsfield Atlanta airport. Which leaves you to scramble trying to get a vehicle to not miss your flight. and the person that calls you have no remorse.

I got a rental for an insurance claim. I had to change out cars after the first day because the rental kept cutting off on me. I had the 2nd rental until the end of my claim. There were some hiccups and miscommunication about my portion of the costs and deposit. But a very helpful associate cleared up the misinformation I was told by another employee. The manager called me a week or so later to address the issues I had with the insurance rental. I explained the problems and he definitely rectified matters. My next rental was in great condition and the service was impeccable. They certainly made up for the insurance confusion.

What is the purpose of reserving a particular vehicle a month and an half early just to be told on the pickup day of “we don't have the vehicle you reserved in our inventory”? On top of that, we wasted away in the waiting area for over an hour at our designated pickup time for nothing. Enterprise has fallen way off and is a huge waste of time and money. I will not be returning again……massive disappointment

Best enterprise I’ve dealt with so far in Warner Robins. Great customer service, they even called half way through my rental to see if everything was going well. So much better than the Rigby location, I will definitely only come to this one.

This place disappointed me because they tried to bill me more than they should have.I had to remind them that I was returning the car a day early and not 2 days late.It was my first ever with ANY Enterprise rental over decades.

I've had a previous experience with this particular branch, I was upgraded free of charge the first time after an accident in which I sustained injury. Well lately I had jury duty and my personal vehicle just wasn't up to the task so I gave enterprise another call, I was upgraded yet again free of charge with a much more desirable vehicle than I'd asked for! Not only were they kind and cordial both instances busy as they were, I was forgiven this previous time being a tad bit late and maybe a gallon or so short on fuel because I couldn't estimate tank size on the upgrade. You guys are the real mvps for anyone trying to get into a rental short notice, I highly appreciate your valuable service and will be returning in the future. This service is great for business or pleasure and I'd highly recommend this branch due to consistent satisfaction and ease of use. Go online and sign up with their membership for a quick discount aswell ???
