First of all, shop manager Caleb is a great guy with a very personable demeanor. Went out of the way to ensure I was on the road and headed out of town BEFORE I needed to be, and to think I was worried about being a good bit late heading out when I brought my Honda CR-V in! Fast and professional work, and the price was probably the best part of the whole experience! I don’t usually write reviews, but they EARNED this one. Thank you to Caleb and crew… you guys ROCK!!! 🤘🏼

EDIT: Caleb is no longer at this location, and as a result, the service and attitude of the staff has gone WAY downhill. I am changing this review from the original 5* to the new 2* (being GENEROUS) to reflect the CURRENT state of affairs at this location.

Amazing service and kind staff. I brought my toddler along with me, he's 1 and a half, learned the hard way never take a kid that young for something so boring. But! The staff was so kind and helpful. Were sweet to my son, and Casey was fantastic and knowledgeable. Will be returning for future car needs.

I went for an oil change and casey was super helpful and very nice. I will most definitely get my oil change here from now on because of her. Also billy the mechanic was super helpful with the answer to a question i had about my car. All in all i will definitely be back!

I was driving home on 75 just south of Hartley Bridge Rd when my rear driver’s tire pressure alert came on showing I had 6 PSI. I was able to pull off the exit for HBR into the Kroger and at this point my PSI was ZERO, and I could tell my tire was flat/blown/n a bad way. I saw a car following behind me at a safe distance and once I pulled into the Kroger I saw the same car. I was talking to my husband who was going to come help when I saw the driver get out wearing one of your Express Oil Change shirts. He walked over and said that he saw me on the highway and followed me off, and said he could help me change my tire, which to me looked on the verge of blowing-wires sticking out-and flat. He immediately jumped into action and within 12 minutes he had my tire changed. Throughout the whole ordeal (97 degrees/7 pm=hot!!) he remained professional and was very friendly. He made sure everything was squared away and when I offered to pay him he refused, however I essentially told him I refused his refusal. He was a gift from the heavens and I truly appreciate that he took
the time to help me-a total stranger. If you are in Warner Robins and need assistance with your vehicle, I would highly recommend you stop by his shop. He is quite the example for his workplace and I hope you all
appreciate him, because I sure do!!
