I’m new to the area and wanted to try Exquisite nails. After entering the salon, I was nicely greeted by the receptionist. I was asked what services I wanted done and I told them I wanted a manicure and pedicure. I was immediately escorted to a chair to begin services. After sitting down i remembered I had a job the next day and getting a manicure would be a bad idea. I informed the manicurist and she seemed ok with it, at least i thought she was. She then kept saying it would be better to get both services today. I politely declined and said I’ll come back tomorrow for my manicure. Again, she tried to force me to get a manicure and I declined again. After declining a manicure she then decided to not properly perform the duties in my chosen pedicure. I had to ask her to complete the services. I then asked for regular Polish because I’m unable to get gel pedicures at this time. She kept saying gel is better and again I politely declined. She then decided to not put a base coat down for my Polish and barely polished my toes. I became extremely upset. I will not come here again!

The quality of pedicures I've received over the last few years are of overall good quality. The staff are generally friendly and wait times are usually minimal if at all. However. I cannot return due to concerns surrounding hygiene and sanitation. I have pointed out the amount of accumulated dirt and grime around and the pedicure basin faucets once before, which was only met with an awkward smile. Last visit, my pedicure was beautiful, yet I observed tons of dirt and grime around the pedicure chairs. It likely took months to accumulate.. I'm genuinely concerned about the lax sanitiation procedures here, and much to my chagrin I cannot continue to encounter what seems like a potential risk to my health.
Cleanliness: Significant concerns about sanitiarion practices.

Allow me to preface with— I’ve been coming here for about 2-3 months and haven’t had any issues. However, yesterday, I had the WORST experience of my life at a nail salon. I had a tech that spoke zero English which would normally not bother me at all, until my pain threshold for having my nails done was hit multiple times. I verbally tried expressing my pain many times to no avail, I finally had to start yanking my hand away from her and look her in the eye and point and say “PAIN”, “OW”. And she nodded as if she understood.. yet it kept happening. Not only was there physical burns on my hands, but my nail bed itself was scorched multiple times from the electric file. I understand everyone makes mistakes and things happen, but there should be something in place for instances like this, if the tech cannot speak English or read body language, this is a huge problem. I will NOT be back.

They charged me 20.00 to take off 8 nails!!!!! The men that work here are extremely ruff!!! When it comes to doing nails I will never spend another dime in the place they don’t care for us black pp anyways they overcharge us and they half do our nails don’t do it!!!

I wish I could give zero stars because that is what this place deserves!!!!! I went in for a FILL-IN with ONE repair. The man randomly just starts clipping my nails off so I asked why are you doing that and he claims he thought I said “take off” which is nowhere near what I said. As he continued to clip my nails off (I was going to just go ahead and get a new set) he cut me so bad that my finger starts leaking blood!!!! He tried to hide it with his finger as if I would not see all the damn blood!!!!! I walked out with absolutely nothing accomplished, half clipped nails, and a bleeding finger!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLL!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Nail tech did a rush job and the gel polish did not even last one day. Gel was all around fingers, and I went to another shop to get them fixed. I will not patronize again.

I’m unsure of the lady’s name who did my feet but she did an incredible job! I absolutely love the color. My feet and toes look amazing. Jordan did my nails yesterday and the last time I was in. Jordan does a phenomenal job each time. Her attention to detail is amazing. I may have to start requesting her. She’s wonderful.

My partner and I came here twice, the first time was ok. We got mani/pedis combos, nothing too difficult but the results were just ok, nothing exquisite about them. We come in again and got Emily and Grace, both of them rushed the entire service as if they were racing each other! My pinkies on both hands are cut because of the nail drill. It hurts pretty bad, I asked the guy at the pay counter to discount the service as they’ve injured us and didn’t even do a good job, Grace apologizes in front of him admitting guilt, but he said he’s not taking anything off the service amount.. will never go back here and neither should you.
Only thing positive to say about the place was that it was quiet, it wasn’t clean or friendly. Skin folks, spend your money else where.

Lee was exceptional, he was so professional and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. My nails were so neatly done. First time getting my nails done and was 100 percent satisfied.
