Awesome service! Jordan,Sebastián and Drew are very professional, courteous and most helpful. I brought my wife's 2013 Toyota Prius in for a brake diagnostic and it was performed expeditiously( to quote TI) Awesome service guys! We do appreciate it! Tried to claim that there was something wrong with two of my back break lights but not the middle one. Tried to say it wasn’t the bulbs being out. Wanted to charge me $150 for diagnostics. When we got there the car’s break lights were working fine. Tried to claim it could be intermittent break lights. My friend who has been a mechanic for 30 years says he’s never heard of such a thing. They left a panel inside my car off. They also left some sort of tool in my car. I wasn’t even there for lights I was there for tires. Called and told me it was ready for pick up but when we got there it was not. Had to wait another hour. Never explained my itemized receipt, of which I didn’t even get till after I paid. Told my they checked all my tires, said back ones were fine. Had to get back tire replaced after finding it had gone flat the next day.

This was the worst experience ever. We came in for one issue to be fixed and the team had all these recommendations and did what they wanted to do. They held the car for a week. They ordered the wrong part. The part was for what they recommended and not what was ask for. Because we needed a car we felt we needed to have that recommendation done as your team told us it would reduce what we came in for which was the tire feeling like it was about to fall off. Instead your team fixed an engine mount and I believe because eit was the most expensive thing on the recommendation list. To me we were taken advantage of. After speaking with another mechanic an engine mount had nothing to do with tires and or suspension feeling like they were about to fall or popping when you make a left or right turn. They stated we were safer to drive and the car was worse than when we brought it. I will never recommend and I will be contacting he better business bureau.

My daughter needed 4 tires, so I called Firestone, and when I spoke with the rep, he was very professional and worked really hard to get my business. This is what kind of sold me along with the Firestone brand. I called back the next morning to tell him that I wanted to come by and purchase the tires we discussed. He said that he would go ahead and have two of the tires delivered, and we set a time. Once we arrived, I told them who we were, but the rep was very short with his answers, very flat, and tried to get my daughter to do an oil change. I told him that she didn't need an oil change, but he kept pressing. I said, "No, she had just had an oil change," and he said, "we'll check anyway." We told him that we would be back shortly and left. He called 30 mins later to tell me that they were waiting for two tires and were only going to have 3, not four (which meant they only had 1 on hand). He told me that we could leave the car overnight. We decided to go elsewhere.What a total waste of time.

Firestone put two new run flat tries on my BMW. I went out of town on my way back, and my rim blew a hole in it. Firestone kept telling me I ran over something, but the trie is still good. I put the same tire on my new rim. It took me three days to get a new rim since I was stuck in a little town that doesn't work on BMWs. I had to go 50 miles to a rim. It's been 2 months, and Firestone keeps giving me the rounds about them being at fault. I sent pictures and videos and then even talked to the person who put my tire on my new rim.

Got brakes and rotors changed for the front of vehicle. Left the vehicle at the shop in the morning and picked it up after work. They solved my issue. Will come back again for future service!

Setting up the appointment was very simple, called on a Friday and they were able to schedule me Sunday at noon, I didn’t even know they opened Sundays! We were there for about 45m-1h for oil change. When about to pay our Firestone credit card wasn’t working, luckily they were able to help us by calling Firestone customer service and were able to fix the issue with the card. Very nice people.

I had oil in the interior of the door, door seal, foot petals, carpet and seat. When I entered my vehicle, they acted like I brought my vehicle into the shop in this condition. Since they couldn't get it cleaned, they ask what do you want us to do? So I had the vehicle detailed and they paid for it. Also, I had an appt same day for alignment and my steering wheel was crooked and vehicle was drifting. So I turned around so they could fix it. After waiting 3 hrs for my appt, then to be serviced, they asked me to come back the next day because they didn't have time for me. The 2nd day, I asked for the specs of the alignment and it was in the red when it should be in the green parameters. The Clerk said it's ok to be red to send me away. I get lifetime alignments every 5000mile and he thought I would accept that answer. I have been a customer for years but the quality has gone down.Services: Wheel alignment

Bought tires from Firestone and 2 day later there was a hole in one of them. Was told that the tire can't be repaired. Therefore I fad to purchase another tire. Very poor customer service.
