So crowded with stuff. Only 1 person on an isle at a time. If you have a walker or wheelchair, forget about going. I do love Love Below and ALL the different things. There is just so much in such a small store.

If I can’t self check out at the self check out, then put the traditional registers back in. You’re combining two seperate processes and making the experience slower and more frustrating. I left without purchasing anything.

Nice, clean store, friendly staff, and tons of great products. Please check out all the cute stuff in the beauty section. The accompanying photo is of the cup I bought at Five Below today. If you like cute and useful stuff, I totally recommend that you shop here. As the commercial says: "Five Below, Just Go!"

Horrible place. No one on the floor to assist you. All employees gathering at register talking. Lost my receipt wouldn't exchange my items. They said they had to get a mgr. They were whisper talking about me. I called cooperate. Very nice and sent me a copy of my receipt to return. I dislike everything about this place. They ring you up and give themselves a 10. Who are these people?! They need a new mgr. She was very rude to me. She should of took care of me the second time after calling cooperate. She's a miserable human being.

This is the only five below that I’ve ever been to that has only one register open!! And you can’t even scan your own stuff, an employee does it for you. Will NOT be returning. The line will literally be to the back of the store and still there will only be one register open. This is beyond ridiculous!!!

Do not order ahead. Even if it's a day. It's probably not going to be ready. If they know you're waiting, they won't tell you that that didn't have the order.
