Our sales person Amanda was extremely knowledgeable very friendly. Made us feel like we are with an old family friend. Extremely happy with the new vehicle we purchased and how we were treated throughout the whole process.

The purchase process for my new car was quick and easy. However, I cannot give it a five-star rating due to the limited options for color and cloth vehicles. I only had one choice, and although I liked the color, it would have been better to have a variety to choose from like the leather-seated vehicles.

9/9/23, my car was dropped off for repairs. 9/15/23, no callback about repairs, I visited the dealership to get my car charger and noticed a chunks of paint missing from my door. 9/20/23 with still no update about my damaged door, I visited the dealership again, that visit involved the Manager John blowing me off and a Technician Dylan McMinn, "PUTTING HIS HAND IN MY FACE". Never has The Manager John admitted the damages were done there and he would be fixing my door at the goodness of his heart. Working with dealership to fix my door, I cancelled my repairs, now I just want my door like it was before going there. STAY AWAY!!! Will update after my visit today 9/22/23, received a call yesterday, my door was fixed in 2 hours, hard to believe.UPDATE: car has been picked up, I wasn't greeted nor seen the other participants from my last visit, just Jared my Service Advisor and they attempted to fix my damaged door, paint looks spot on but there's a small dot/hole where the damage was located, you have to can see it up close and feel it your fingers, now the finished product is another story, over-spray and tape residue over my windshield, door, and moulding around my windshield. Now, I have invest in razor blades, soapy water, and my time on my day off from work and hope I can get all the over-spray and residue off my car. Thanks Hyundai for Warner Robins for doing more damages to my car. Pics attached.NOTE TO EVERYONE: video around your vehicle and discuss this with your Service Advisor upon dropping your vehicle off at dealerships because they will/try to bully you and mistreat you, especially Hyundai of Warner Robins. I have been dealing with dealerships for 30+ yrs and never received this treatment.

I told Amanda that I would take care of her and here goes: she is very nice and is a good salesperson.I signed paperwork around 12 o'clock for a used car that seemed like a great deal. She told me to come back in three hours as she was going to have the car serviced.I have no idea what this meant: since getting the car home I have serviced the car to the tune of: 2 quarts of oil (there are no oil spots in the driveway),a half-gallon of anti-freeze, about a half-gallon of windshield washing fluid, serviced the A/C with freon, and last Friday needed a jump because the battery had died.I definitely will never do business with Five Star, any brand, in the future.

The customer service here is terrible!! I have been trying to get a warranty issue resolved due to paint literally falling off a new vehicle, a known issue with this color, and a year later, still no resolution. Instead of doing their part, I have to work the issue directly with Hyundai myself. The issue has been that the dealership needs to do something on their end to get the ball rolling, however, they haven't done anything. I have called, sent emails, and gone to the dealership, and again, after a year, still no resolution. I have been a 5 Star customer for several vehicles over the years, but I'm not sure that will ever happen again. I certainly will not be a 5 Star Hyundai customer again. We don't even take it to that dealership for service, we take to another dealership.

Our sales person, Alivia was very courteous and a great listener. After the initial contact Alivia asked a lot of questions focusing on our needs not our income level. Working with her we were able to narrow down what we needed. Nothing more or less.Very pleased with our purchase. My wife and I bought two vehicles from 5 Star Hyundai in Warner Robins Ga. Usually it’s a grueling process but Amanda and Austin as the dealership representatives were the best I’ve ever dealt in my 60 plus years. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly making it seem like they actually cared for us as people and not just a buck to be made. I truly enjoyed spending time with them, I felt I was buying from family not business people. I wished the stars with higher than 5.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE SERVICE. The mechanic does not know what they are doing!!! They've had my car here at least 7 times. One time for a week, another time for a couple of days, etc. Would not give me a loaner vehicle. Took the inside completely apart for an issue with the camera. Put the car back together, left parts off, got oil spots in the vehicle, and scratches on the vehicle. Called Corporate to complain. I currently have an open case. They did detail the vehicle. Still waiting on parts they left off the vehicle. Got tired of them waisting valuable time. Schedule an appointment with Five Star Hyundai of Macon. Asked Five Star of Warner Robins for paperwork showing everything they done so the other dealership wouldn't have to do all these steps over agin. The appointment was scheduled for this morning at 8:30. THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED this morning! Back in the vehicle at 10:55 this morning! TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO FIVE STAR HYUNDAI OF MACON!!!!! WHERE THEY ARE EXPERIENCED, PROFESSIONAL and value your time!!!! Please check out the video, after the work was done in Macon. Five Star of Warner Robin's, take notes!!!!!

I had a great experience. Jared and everyone were super nice, sweet, and knowledgeable. The shuttle service they offer is amazing. Didn't even feel comfortable getting out of my car. Drove in, wanted to drive around the lot to see what they had since the website wasn't working. Barely had all four tires in the lot before someone was coming out my car. Ignored them and drove around, wanted to look T the details of a car without being stalked but didn't even get out of the car because another dude came waving us down in the car. Just let people look, be available but not aggressive.
