High pressure sale tactics. no customer service after the sale. they need to do better. Hopefully, the service department is way better than the sales department. Or I'll be taking my car elsewhere. they need to show up and show out , especially for repeat customers for the five star company. I will put in another review after a few more interactions with this dealership. Hopefully, it will be improved.

Couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Everybody was very friendly and had a good family vibe. Isaiah was my salesperson, he made the process easy and fast and handled everything professionally.

I went for a my regular car maintenance service and it was a mediocre one. What got me upset on this location is that they now add 3% service fee if you pay with a credit card. To avoid extra charges, you have to PAY CASH or use DEBIT CARD.!! You would think for the overpriced service that you get from the dealership that you shouldn't be charged extra for using credit card...smh. Sorry, but I won't come back to this facility anymore.

What can I say but wow Justen in the service department took care of my vehicle I had a small little fender bender he dealt with my insurance company took his time and was very patient with me the whole duration of my visit here. I can’t be more happy with her service

Missed the survey twice and feel bad - so here we go. I purchased a 2025 Rogue from John Evans at Five Star. He was juggling two sales at the time AND under the weather. He was nothing if not the consummate salesman. Professional, respectful and terrific when it came to his customers. When we learned it was too late for the professional detail ahead of departure, it was John (who should have been home resting from a nasty cold or allergies) that worked to clean up the vehicle and ready it for me. He genuinely cares. Sales manager John Harrington was honest and direct - and I appreciate a no BS approach when it comes to the numbers. The business office (the part where you sign your life away) was a breeze with clear and specific information about each document. It's a great crew who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do for a living - moving vehicles off the lot but making sure it's a right and fair fit for the customer. Recommended.
