I got the hours wrong (my fault) and showed up about 10 minutes before close. The lady at the counter already had the security gate down. She told me to come back tomorrow to pick up a game that was already paid for. I'll be the first to admit I don't know anything about working at gamestop but I don't see why I had to drive away empty handed before your operating hours are even up.

This has been my home GAMESTOP store for years. I go pass about 4 stores just to continue going here. The staff is always right on target about everything from recommendations to all around service. My most recent interaction is what prompted me to do this. I pre ordered and fully paid for the wrong version of a game and the young ladies went out of her way to ensure that I still got my copy and it was still the reservation copy as well.

I have always shopped gamestop. But dang, my kid came with his new game because he didnt realize it was a online machine, not disc machine. And they offered him 15$ for a 60+ game. Hell of a mark up!

As a former GS employee/Manager I can say this was an absolutely terrible customer service. When I asked politely a question about a product she answered with I don’t know and told me to look behind the box. Mind you the store was very slow when I was in there and not busy at all. On top of that. A product was advertised at a certain price with the sticker visible and when she rung it up it was more. I questioned her why she couldn’t acknowledge the price advertised and she said the price is wrong and someone before her dint change the price. Which is fine but her attitude was crap. On top of that other customers were trying to return unopened products. Her first excuse was I don’t have change (didn’t even check the register) her second one was her system isn’t working and can’t take returns. I was prepared to renew my membership cause I know it wasn’t active but I wasn’t even offered. GameStop needs to hire better employees. Employees name is Janell.

Called several times with a simple question that would take 30 seconds to answer. I was put on hold for a long time every call. They must have forgotten to mute the phone because I could hear the employees casually chatting in the background. I hung up and called again thinking they just forgot but the same thing happened.

Helped me get a temporary Final Fantasy XIV account back online!! And my original character back too!!!!! Could not be more grateful just for their existence during a time where debit cards were not working with Mogstation and I needed to be able to log in somewhere to have a friend in life, even if just random people to chat with in a co-op focused video game. I don't know how many people have found new life in these mediums like I have, but I say with an absolute sincerity that Final Fantasy has saved my life many times since childhood, simply by always being there - and telling a story to remind us that yes, choosing to be a good person always matters in the ends.
I haven't been much of a GameStop customer since high school, but I love their hats! I still need to buy one. I just found love in bigger electronic stores, but may be more frequently a customer at GameStop in the future!

I was in the store around 5:20p there were two workers behind the register talking amongst themselves. Neither bothered to greet me or ask if there was something they could help me find. It was as if my family & I were invisible. Not one word was spoken to us the entire time we were in the store. Horrible Customer Service!! Thus, we left without purchasing anything.
