there is an older african american woman with short hair that was replenishing the shelves when we went on father’s day. she was following my friend and i around like we were going to shoplift? the same lady was making faces at my kids as if she was disgusted with them.

People might not realize that often employees are mentally challenged and or having hard luck to be employed by Goodwill. They might not have the same thought process as you do. We've had a few act rude and even a couple act out. You need to understand that you help some get a job that might not otherwise be employable. Of course there are intelligent, calm, and critical thinkers employeed to. Give grace and be grateful your able to help. The person we came in contact today never spoke as he unloaded our truck with our help. He dropped boxes with cups and glass. We asked him not to drop the next box so hard and he did. To me these are treasures I'm getting to donate because I have too much as we're downsizing homes. I presume to him it's more junk he has to wade through today. I admit it was hard not to say OMWord, but I somewhat, begrudgingly, kept my smile. Be kind! It's almost easy!

I went this evening to this store and it was 20 minutes before closing. Wow at the rude employee that hollered out to everyone about getting out of the store. She was not on the intercom when she did it either. She hollered out that they only had one register up and everyone needed to get to the register so they could close the store. Oh and it came out so rude. I mean I work retail and I was shocked. Needless to say I won't be back to this store.

Half an hour ago, my husband went to donate items from home and they were in good condition, but the employee did not accept and told him that he could not accept the items, which was strange.

Terrible experience! Used cat bed rang up for wrong price and the cashier got a terrible attitude when I pointed out the other sticker said a different price. Not my fault and acted like it was a huge ordeal to get it corrected. Then when I said I didn't want it for the higher price she literally even said "don't take it out on me" when I had been nothing but polite throughout the interaction. Will never be coming back to this location after dealing with this lady. Had previous bad experiences as well with this same worker and brushed it off as a bad day. But after this time and seeing how she is every time I go in this store I will not be back. Do not recommend at all.
