Worst haircut I have ever received. She first used a #4 clipper which left hair very long on side. went to a #3 and cut it to skin. Trimmed top and did not blend it in to sides. Told her it looked like a bowl cut. when she tried to blend it in she gapped it all over. when I left only had a little on top (not all evenly cut) and to the skin on sides. Ask her how long she had been doing hair and she said had been licensed for 13 years. She needs a refresher course. Will never get another chance with me.

My husband and son came in for a haircut, My husband also got a beard trim. Cashier charged us for two haircuts and two beard trims. Never again will I visit a location that overcharge their customers. My mistake for coming here though next time I’ll go back to sports clips where they do a better job for a lot cheaper and they don’t overcharge you. If your employees don’t know how to count or they don’t know how to use a register maybe they shouldn’t be using the register. When I called they claimed we left 2 tips and I know for a fact we only left 1 $5 tip. I don’t tip big for a profession that makes a livable wage.

This great clips experience was a lot better than the experience on 96. We were greeted and checked in as soon as we walked through the door. The wait time wasn’t bad. Very friendly staff. Waited a total of 10 minutes. Definitely will be back here.

I used to come here all the time when Pinky was working but I have had so many bad haircuts here since she left. I’m writing this review now because I just had the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I get that the lady was busy but it seemed like she was rushing my cut. Other than that, I asked for a 0.5 guard high fade, and she gave me like a 2 guard mid fade. When I said I think it’s too long on the sides she said no it’s not. I didn’t wanna argue so I just kept sitting there. She kept going and at the end she asked if it was okay and I said I want the sides blended more. She then proceeded to cut more but still not blend it which made it look worse. Also, usually the hairdresser will wipe my face and neck off with a towel, but she just left the small pieces of hair on there. So bad. The quality of this haircut was atrocious and I will not be going back! Thankfully, I went to Best Barber shop, and they fixed the terrible cut the same day. But wow I cannot believe that I had to do that. Ridiculous!

I checked in online, I waited until I was next in line and headed to the store. When I got there, there was only one person cutting hair but I was next in line so I waited. Well after she finishes with the customer in the chair, she calls another gentleman even though he wasn't next on the list. When I asked about it she said "well he has been here waiting". I can appreciate being kind and helping people out in certain circumstances, but why have a list if you aren't going to use it? I left work to come get a haircut and could not get it because they did not follow the process.

Took my son to get his hair cut. The new male stylist completely destroyed his cut. Named Grady. I stopped before he could do any more. He said he was new. That's fine, I get it but, if you don't feel comfortable doing a child's hair. Say so. Don't butcher it and blame the child for moving to much. He didn't listen to what I wanted done. We left and I took him elsewhere to fix his hair. He is very upset. He's 10 and had been growing his hair for awhile. Now he has to start over. Not impressed. Do not have Grady cut your hair.
